Wrestling Clique. Never heard of it. Let's take a look.

There are actually multiple posters who watch NJPW. This intrigues me. Although the discussion doesn't appear to be particularly in-depth.

Each post takes up a huge amount of screen real-estate. Massive amounts of space between posts, a seemingly limitless space for signatures. Yuck. I find that ugly. PW's minimalist approach is excellent.

Don't worry, I won't be jumping ship. There's so many reasons for me not to join a new message board.

I'd be interested to know exactly how many other forums you guys are apart of. I have a few I do browse/occasionally post at, but for the most part this is the big one for me. The others are more dedicated to a central topic/theme, whereas PW is just all randomness. PW to me is coworkers hitting up happy hour before heading home.

Wow. I can’t believe you’ve moved on from the Brock av so soon. Jazz is cool though. I’ve her at a few local shows (along with her husband) over the years since they live nearby and they always put on a good show.

Feel like 🤯 needs to announce those changes at least a week in advance.

In fact, I feel all avatar changes need 3/5th majority before any long-term altering can be done.

PW is the only forum I’ve actually posted on for 11 years now. I’ve lurked on PWO since their “greatest wrestler ever” countdown and now I lurk on WC mainly to read fan fic content. Also, lurk on reddit and the SC subreddit but I’m not really a fan of SC.

I'm active on a couple of Rugby League boards and I have an account on a few wrestling boards but I rarely post. Pro Wrestling Only is the only board I actively lurk and even then I only seem to post in the Cornette thread. The Thread Killer makes me want to be a better person.

And El P's Highway to Hell thread was my inspiration behind the Raw 1999 retrospective.

The Lego movies are 50/50 to me. First one amazing, Lego Batman solid 8/10 by comparison, Ninjago was merely okay the only part I liked was the line about the Dad not being in your life and Lego 2 was disappointing.

Lego games are fun, if a bit repetitive. I only play the ones that I like the actual content (i.e. I'm not gonna play through Lego LOTR but would play the SHIIIIIIIIIIIT out of Lego Ninja Turtles).

Actually N64 love even though the Cereal thing wasn't as big as it was last time, perhaps a top 50 N64 game countdown. I can host because I am so kawaii and amazing. Or SNES or something else. I don't wanna do ALL the work like in the Gameboy one. Maybe I'll throw it against the wall on PW News.

Oh and bed bugs. I thought I had a scare with them. Turned out to just be a poison ivy rash from work, but man I was freaking the fuck out. I was looking inside my outlet switches to see if the fuckers were hiding in the walls (cuz googling bed bugs is NOT a rabbit hole you want to dive into). Spiders I feel like at most they might lay eggs down your throat and then fuck off.

Now that you mention it, I do remember seeing you post on that forum. That site used to have tons of great discussions but since the Greatest Wrestling countdown ended, the place died down a lot. Some of the main guys don’t post as much either.

Don’t know where else to post this but I’m currently rewatching my #1 draft pick Daniel Bryan vs John Cena at SummerSlam 2013. WWE should have ran with Bryan as champion following this PPV. He was so damn over. I know he is better as the underdog and being the chaser but the Randy Orton/Authority run was so damn boring. Eventually it all worked out but to think the original idea was for Batista to return and win the title from Orton...

As magical as WM30 was with the HHH/Bryan, triple threat (aka we're taking it back from Benoit) and the end of the streak... I kinda wanted to see them go through with the Orton/Batista match just for the chaos.

You could even still have the Bryan/Orton match with Orton putting Bryan on the shelf for a month and Bryan making a big comeback at the PPV and taking the belt back at let's say the Royal Rumble to close that chapter.

Lego Movie 2 was a major letdown for me. I didn’t like it at all!

World Title: Daniel Bryan (c) vs. CM Punk
- DB regains the belt from Orton at Rumble, and Punk wins the Rumble despite HHH ordering Shield to help prevent both outcomes at all costs. On the road to WM, perhaps Punk says he's putting it all on the line and makes it Title vs. Career to explain him leaving post-Mania?

Evolution vs. Shield: Triple H, Randy Orton & Batista vs. Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose
- Shield turn face after HHH puts them on blast for failing him one too many times. Maybe we run the real life HHH/DB match for the world title at No Way Out on the premise of if you want something done right sometimes you gotta do it yourself... Shield don't interfere because they believe in DB, but they DO attack HHH afterwards. HHH brings in backup in the form of Drax the Destroyer, getting the Evolution gang back together to put Shield in their place.

Streak vs. New Face of Fear: The Undertaker vs. Bray Wyatt (w/ Luke Harper & Erick Rowan)
- Run this match a year early when Bray's ankle isn't injured and he hasn't been ruined as a character yet. Supernatural character vs. Supernatural character, with lots of gimmicks and shenanigans, and Wyatt Family in Bray's corner to give him the edge. If you're feeling ballsy, let Bray be the one to shock the world and end the streak to become the New Face of Fear.

Brock Lesnar (w/ Paul Heyman) vs. John Cena
- Run their real life SummerSlam squash here. As bad as I wanted to troll everyone by booking Thrice in a Lifetime or Rock/Brock II, I'm going to assume Rock would never have been cleared by Hollywood because of last year's abdominal injury. So this works, with Brock avenging his loss to Cena in his first match back in WWE in epic fashion. This decisive win sets Brock on a collision course with DB for the title at SummerSlam.

Those are the four big matches. Nothing else really matters, so book whatever else you want on the undercard.

Thinking about it, I did come up with a good (I thought so anyway) feud between the Bella Twins in my head ages ago, but I can't remember it now.
