Alright so I play the new WWE2k18 game on my PS and I have been thinking of setting up some kind of tournament featuring the good people in the forum here. 

With the NJPW G1 Tag League about to begin I thought why not try and get the same kind of thing going on here so I am looking for 2 blocks of 8 teams to get it done & rules are not too bad 

1. No Duplicate Characters - Example If Current Undertaker is picked no other Undertakers can be picked.
2. All Matches will be Normal Tag Match rules, Winning team gets 3 points, Should the match not be settled within the 20 minute time limit then both teams will be awarded 1 point, Obviously you don't get anything for losing. 
3. Teams in each block will wrestle each other twice, At the end of the block matches the top 2 teams will qualify for the semi final stages, Winners of them will compete in the final. 
5. Please no teams of two random members of the roster thrown together 

So here is the roster list I have, Pick genuine teams but they can be from any company, era etc.

No made up teams but you can have The Midnight Express no problems, I will update the roster in my post at the top of the page, If the tournament gets a good response I may expand the participants to 10 teams per block or possibly 12 I'll see how it goes, I'm taking The Golden Truth R Truth & Golddust by the way

I've updated the roster by the way, deleting guys who have been selected. 

If you want to change your mind you can do until the tournament starts. 

Also no Freebird rule for example you can only pick 2 members of New Day, Demolition or The Fabulous Freebirds. 

I'm going to change my mind. New team: Misawa and Kobashi! Team name: New Generation Army.

I have a feeling this game will be stat-based, and that Itami in particular will have awful stats because he's an NXT scrub. Plus Misawa/Kobashi versus the likes of Taker/Kane and Austin/HHH is much more of a dream match than KENTA/Shibata facing those teams.
