1) Tom Brady seems like a bad fit with Tyreek Hill given Brady's arm strength in 2020 is zapped contrary to what Arians truly believes. Hill can still get the ball and damage in open space regardless of where it is thrown but his best ability is blowing the cover off a defense and Brady at his age does not have the velocity to rifle it the way Maholmes does. Instantly, Ryan Ramczyk is primarily a RT so he is being trusted to block for the immobile Brady which is something Khalil Mack, Yannick will be all over. He's a hell of a RT granted and some may say a great tackle can play anywhere but at the same time, there are so little margin of error on these teams that trusting a RT to play the blind side can be a disaster. Has to be on the A+ game and make this new transition work because if not, Brady is getting throttled and will throw his temper tantrum at the OLine. Might mean Gronk stays and helps out the tackles and HR can get away with Kittle as the primary TE. Good underrated concept of the 2 TE drafting is one sits back and plays as a 6th Olineman if the going gets tough and vs Kid he will be needed. It's like Kid drafted the Saints LT to be RT and HR drafted the Saints RT to be LT 2) Love the 2 TE format and the building of the run first off of Cook to lead up to Brady game managing enough to make the right decisions. This offense will not work if Brady needs to throw it over 30 times so the run game has to be working for HR to do this. 3) Really like Kid's defense, maybe his biggest weakness is the DTs since Suh isn't as explosive as he was in Detroit due to age but still Suh stops the run well and Buckner may have benefited off a loaded DLine in SF but he was damn good in 2019 and is deserving of whatever he gets as a Colt. Safeties, corners, pass rush, tackling, he has a well rounded defense. Good job. 4) Kid took a very good special teams core but HR took the best ones, advantage hr in this category as it should be given he spent pretty fairly high picks on the best kicker and punter in the game today. Field position, dink and dunking with the decoy of Tyreek Hill serving for Hopkins and the two big boy TEs is a good recipe. Cook can rip off massive runs and Hill can do Tyreek Hill like things but for the most part, @admin needs a slow pace game. 5) Tick-tock. Tick-tock. No that's not Karrion Kross but the timebombs on the offensive line from Kid. Richie Incognito and Taylor Lewan have such short fuses that they are personal foul prone and borderline dirty. Will Hernandez clinic vs the Cowboys last year was pretty bad too. I like mean OLineman don't get me wrong but penalties? No no no. Suh has wisened up but I cannot say the same on these OLineman Kid drafted. Talented? Oh yes. But against stars, they aren't getting away with the dirty shit. Worse thing these guys do is give up 15 yards over ego. Incognito was out of the NFL not because he sucks but because he's a douchebag. and we haven't even touched Odell Beckham Jr and his silly shit either. Headbutting, kicking the field goal post, throwing shade at two different QBs in two years, leaving halftime with a minute to go towards the locker room and crazily running around the camera if he isn't given the ball. Big Ben will probably see Antonio Brown as Tim Brown with the shit he has to deal with OBJr and the OLine going. Richard Sherman will get into Beckham's head much like what Norman did and either provoke Odell to do something dumb or to try and take it to the yard. 6) Big Ben is just as old as Brady and is coming off a serious enough injury and also isn't mobile but is tougher to bring down. He still has his arm and is also just as clutch. My problem with HR's defense is....it's so old. Sherman/Atkins/Campbell/Casey/H. Smith are all 30 or over. While they each had strong seasons to very good, there becomes a serious question IF they keep this up heading into the 2021 season. It's also another solid defense. Game comes down to if Kid's squad detonates and kills themselves with penalties. I think Kid has the better team but I also think so many X Factors(ST/penalties/egos) favor HR here. Will wait for the rebutal.

Drafting two right tackles was a bit of a botch by me, I'll admit. Having elite TE blockers like Gronk and Kittle obviously helps though.
I think the jury is still out regarding whether Brady's arm strength is compromised, and personally think his yards per attempt last season was more down to the offence around him rather than his personal physical limitations. He was tied for first for tight window throws of 20+ yards last season which demonstrates he can still get it done deep.
I think my linebackers turned out to be great selections for this matchup. Kendricks and Littleton (and Vander Esch when he was healthy in 2018) are top tier coverage linebackers and I think they'll be very helpful against Kid's shifty receivers. And I absolutely like Sherman vs Beckham for me, Odell only had 2-27 when they faced off this past season.

Surprised you skipped talking about Jaylon Smith, the Notre Dame boy. A man who you know damn well is a monster. So let’s pump my team up real quick. My original plan was to build my offense around Tom Brady until @admin fucked me over. I was stuck between Dak and Murray for a bit and then Big Ben popped into my head and I figured that he is PERFECT for this offense. Let’s talk weapons first. CMC the GOAT is perfect for Big Ben and those dump off passes are going to be easy yards and once he gets past the first level of defenders, he’s blowing past the rest of that team. As for the receivers. OBJ is the new AB for Big Ben. Everyone slept on OBJ because he didn’t have a monster season because Baker had an awful year. OBJ would thrive with Ben. Thielen and Kupp are about as clutch as you can get with your receivers. These guys play with heart and grit and make huge plays all the time. A perfect fit for Big Ben. Then there’s master clutch Zack Ertz. I mean this is the PEFECT offense for Big Ben. OBJ is the big play receiver. Thielen, Kupp and Ertz are the chain movers. Then CMC. I mean this is literally the PERFECT weaponry for Big Ben. And talk about the lack of discipline of my O Line. I look at it differently. I got the baddest motherfuckers in the NFL on my O-Line. The Detroit Pistons of the NFL. Lewan, Incognito, Pouncey are the 3 baddest mofos and will be what Big Ben needs to stay safe from these linemen that have been drafted. Armstead is an excellent lineman and Hernandez will only get better as time passes. He’s the real deal. My defense is pretty bad ass too. Khalil Mack, Jaylon Smith, KJ Wright as linebackers is as good as it gets IMO. My CBs are shut down CBs too in Ramsey and Slay. It’ll be hard to find a better secondary on any roster then mine. Ramsey, Slay, Derwin and Minkah. Good luck getting TB12 to throw a bomb to Hill or Hopkins in that backfield. My D-Line is as good as it gets as well. Your criticism of Buckner makes minimal sense considering he’s being surrounded by a better defense on my roster. Good luck stopping Bosa and Yannick. Good luck running up the middle on Suh. Good luck running around the line and not getting smashed by my linebackers. I think HR has a solid offense but Brady doesn’t fit with the weapons. If he drafted Dak or Murray or even Matt Ryan that offense would feel unstoppable. He drafted the GOAT but this isn’t the offense for him. His defense is not that good either to be honest. And special teams is not that big of a deal. Yes he took the best of the best but I got the second best kicker and punter in the NFL. So even that advantage is minimal. He’s going to be kicking a lot of FGs because he is not getting into the end zone. All Butker has to do is keep getting me those XPs after my TDS. Good luck HR.

I voted Kid , don’t like Ben as the quarterback but I think I like most other units of his team better. And despite HR believing in Brady’s arm strength - the eyes tell me it’s not the same and I think even a ton of Pats fan agreed before he left. It’s not a bad thing - he’s 70 years old it’s going to happen.

Tough vote. I think HR has the better offense but Kid has the better defense. Special teams I think will make the difference for HR>

I like HR here. I don't like the Brady pick but it's negated by Kid selecting Roethlisberger. I think the Kittle factor is underrated here, offensively he is the best non-QB in the NFL and he would help Brady pick up those intermediate gains. The receiver duo go together like rhubarb and custard - Hopkins the dominant possession receiver in close-quarters, and Hill the lightning quick option over the top.
Kid has the better defense, one of the better in the draft overall. Suh would be fine in that four-man front and with Ramsey at his best he may have the best secondary. HR's defense is less flashy but solid, you can't run on them. HR could do with a bit more pass rush but could run plenty of blitzes with a versatile linebacker corps and great secondary. Terrific match-up, with the edge to HR off the receiving group of Hopkins/Hill/Kittle.
