Hold onto your hat because you ain't seen nothing yet. My Mr. Wonderful thread is going to be wild. The Mr. Wonderful stuff is likely to be the sanest thing in that thread (but still pretty darn out there).

Anyway, it's morphed into more than just a Mr. Wonderful rebooking. I felt the need to set the stage with Storytimes to explain why I believed some of this "oddball" stuff I believed, and those storytimes took on a life of their own. In fact, I'll probably break it up into two separate threads- the Wonderful stuff and maybe "Unpopular Opinions" or "Bad Takes" or something along those lines. 

I've done a lot of writing but it's all over the place right now. If I can manage to sit still and focus for a half hour I might edit and post the "Bad Takes" section tonight. The Wonderful Rebooking will have to wait until tomorrow or Sunday.

🤯 I can never see Paul Roma as anything more than a jobber. Sorry. My idea was to at least make him an entertaining jobber, and I feel like I did that. So mission accomplished.

It's the only other thing I could think of to post in this thread. The two Hogan replacements meeting head-up when they were still viable options.

Plus I didn't know Lex was a folk hero in Baltimore. He got mostly eye rolls with my friends when he got the big push in '93. I can vouch for his second WCW run though, he was still hugely over. Perhaps because he was a shot to the nuts of McMahon in the Monday Night War. Plus they sold the hell out of Luger being able to get anyone up in the Torture Rack.
