From my neck of the woods.
I can understand it fine, so never easy to gauge how others will find it, but I'd expect they'd find it tough. Obviously us younger generations have weaker accents.

I am often told I have an accent. One lady actually thought I came from North Dakota as I have a very Fargo like accent. It's strange because I was born in Ottawa, Ontario, but have been in Edmonton since I was 2. For whatever reason, I've picked up what is known as the 'Ottawa Valley' accent. Strange because neither of my parents had it and were born and raised there, but I do and only spent summers and Christmases there. Often people think I'm from the Maritime Provinces or upper USA. My friends here LOVE to tease me on words I say like Tiger. I pronounce it like 'tagger'. Balls and Benny once told me I had a Mother Canuckan accent. Yeah I totally do not get your accent. It doesn't make any sense considering where you're from.

The Caithness rock hammering chap is equally as indecipherable as the Irish shepherd.

You would know better than most having met me. We were signing papers at the lawyers today for our new house and my mom even brought it up based on a word I apparently said. I am an anomaly.
My Gran was Scottish (a bit further North than Rogue) but the same general area. She spoke perfect English, but when she got together with her brothers and sisters I couldn't understand a word of what they were saying. They often used this to make fun of me. Note: never make fun of the person making your pot of tea.
On my UK Trip Rogue and I were headed to meet monsoon on the train. It was after a football game and there were a bunch of Geordie's on the train. I had absolutely no clue what they were saying. We went and met Gazza in Newcastle, but he made sure to speak plainly for me.

I struggled with the Scottish chap. Clearly heard the word "quarry" a few times but that's about it. No surprise there. I've struggled to understand Scots before. Apparently I'm not alone among Yanks as I've watched shows where Scots are subtitled. Unfortunately I cannot find a video of the first show that came to mind. May search again later.

HTO: - Another medium dose! But in reverse order!?!? - Three new users!? The return of @ness after his three Jesus days was clearly a dime-drawing event. - Super hot take: I'm over THE TABLE. Henceforth it's just the table to me. - I don't know why the mention of Tommy Boy made me think of this, but you know what's weird... For how structurally similar they can be, tits on an obese woman are still a million times better than tits on an obese man. Whatsupwitdat!? - Foos is the fooking man. Quit busting his balls. He is to Whatcha Gettin what @ness is to PW News. - LOL at UT, Baker, and... Who? System? An unknowingly accurate prediction for the Animal Warfare finale. - Still can't get over how dirty that wank pheasant RT did poor @ness. I still dug his jTjohncenaGOAT-like approach. @ness was using his noodle, but still couldn't beat it to completion. - Don't disrespect London and Akio. They're actually GOOD flippy wrestlers. Jimmy Yang is allegedly Vince McMahon's favorite wrestler since Jerry Valiant or whoever it was back in the day. - AJ and DB are decent flippy wrestlers too. Who's greater in the grand scheme of things, AJ Styles or CM Punk? - LOL'd at using Goldust to take a quick jab at shinobimusashi. Goldust's debut is where I'll throw down money on saying the Attitude Era started. - @ness, I say you just jump to Episode 100 whenever Baby PI Jr. The Fifth is born. Fuck actual chronology or OCD. SUCK IT!!!
