This is my 100th post on the new boards and we're going to party like it's Tuesday and RT is procrastinating at work.

Now, everyone congratulate me and say how great I am. Or just reminisce about how we used to do this on PW in the 2000's every time someone hit 1,000 posts and it was super dumb. Or just tell me something you did today, it really doesn't matter.

where's my party?

I remember everyone doing that and how dumb it was , some people made such a huge deal out of post count. I've never really paid attention to my post count and couldn't even give you a ballpark estimate of where it was when the old PW went belly up.

Some people have a weird fascination with round numbers though , you see it all the time in sports. I also know a friend who was obsessed and got super excited to watch his odometer turn over to a nice round number. "OMG my car just reached 100,000 mark!". Congratulations bud , you are just another mile closer to an oil change.

I'm going to eat a banana split blizzard at Dairy Queen today to celebrate this glorious occasion.

I agree with UT that obsession with round numbers is weird. It's similar in weirdness to people attaching symbols/nicknames to everything. But I digress. Let's see who has made the most posts!

I have more money than you , for some reason it just isn't showing up there. I'm at $1590 , sucka. 

Plus, I make an extra $1400 a day just in interest.

I thought the post thing was cool and neat. I also think it's cool I'm number 10 on the new board. I also want to say that I always made my own birthday threads in PW and that you guys were a bunch of assholes! You'd come in and eat the cake, but bring nothing.

 Whale Oil Beef Hooked...I have nearly $5000 in the 'bank'.  If only this was real life.

Congrats on the tonne, RT! I sometimes wonder how many posts we all respectively have made on all the various incarnations of PW there have been over the years, what with purges, board crashes, Easy deleting forums worth of PW Wrestemania content (:lol:) and so on.

If I were to guess...

Let’s say an active community of 100 posters a day, since Jan 1st 2001 on average. Each of them posting 6 times a day on average. That’s 6173 days ago. Cogito ergo SUM: 3,703,800 posts. Feels low. Let’s add another million for the glory years. I’d guess we’ve collectively put out around 5 MILLION posts on PW.

I’m such fun at parties.

100 post celebration? Bah.
