Sometimes a company like WWE or TNA will do a oneoff match between two talents, that leaves you wanting more. Unfortunately a lot of  the times these matchups were never really followed up on or if you did see more of them it would be only on the more minor shows.

In your opinion what are some matchup pairings you would like to have seen more from?

For me one of them would be Madison vs Sarita 

Imo this was one of Madison's best matches from this time period and certainly one of her more faster paced ones. I would have also liked to have seen this matchup with the roles flipped. 

Another pairing I would have like to see mroe from is Melina vs Gail. I think it would have been great to see a face Melina vs a Heel Gail match.

Not so much a past matchup, but things I wish I could have seen, would have been Molly, Ivory, Trish and Lita mix it up with the NXT breed girls. Sure have gotten some matchups, but waiting too long to raid the indie girls means many of the match ups will never happen

Fuck even cross-era shit with NXT, it would've been nice to see WWF/WWE start to transition (back?) into actual women's wrestling in 2001 through 2003 by letting the likes of Ivory, Jacqueline, Tori, Molly— all of whom COULD actually wrestle— wrestle with Trish and Lita. Give 'em 5- to 10-minute matches, and I bet they surprise you.

Then add in Molly, Victoria, Jazz, and Gail Kim as they arrive on the scene. Leave those who can't wrestle (Terri, Stacy, Torrie, Dawn, etc.) out of the ring as eye candy valets.

Maybe focus on these overlooked ladies instead of the Divas Search and similar bullshit. Then maybe they stick around. Maybe even until Mickie James, Melina, Beth Phoenix, etc. arrive. Perhaps nab joshi stars that age out of Japanese promotions, and/or bring back Bull and Aja and Dump for some dream matches.

And lastly, never getting Chyna vs. Sable and then later Chyna vs. Steph are such huuuge wasted opportunities.

More Trish and Molly. I know they had 2 PPV matches but I wanted moar.

Gail Kim vs. Michelle McCool: their TV matches on SmackDown were good - the chemistry was definitely there. Wish they would have had a match on PPV or even just on Superstars.

Melina vs. Trish: their match at Survivor Series in 2005 and on Raw the following year were both good match-ups. I wish they would have had a PPV match in 2006 before Trish retired. Melina started to phase out of the "manager who just learned how to wrestle" style that she was going for while on SmackDown and so I think they would have easily outdone themselves with another PPV match.

When she isn't booked to win everything. She so not use to losing that she messed up to one time she had to do that.
