We've got some heavy hitters facing off this week, obviously headlined by the huge matchup on Monday night between the league's two best teams, the Chiefs and Ravens. The previous night we have NFC powerhouses facing off, with the Packers travelling down to NOLA in far better form than the Michael Thomas-less Saints. Earlier in the day the Sean Bowl looks like the best game on Sunday, with both the Rams and Bills looking to enhance their contendership claim.

Few way too soon overreactions:

49ers will miss the playoffs. Starting with a loss to the Giants this week. Danny Dimes is going off.

Two NFC North teams will be picking in the Top 5.

Matt Patricia will be the first coach fired.

The Jaguars will be playing meaningful games the last month of the season.

With so many guys possible out Giants still the underdogs but a little nervous especially that shaky pass protection for the Niners

Adam Schefter reported earlier that Chargers QB Tyrod Taylor suffered a punctured lung from a team doctor trying to administer a pain-killing injection to his cracked ribs.

I swear, Tyrod has some of the worst luck I've ever seen for an athlete. Hope the doctor is sued and this doesn't result in the end of his career altogether.

The stuff that goes on with the Chargers medical team is absolutely scandalous. Their previous doctor was that scumbag Dr Chao who has somehow parlayed his extremely unethical tenure as team doctor into a media gig. 

To be fair, being the team doctor of the Chargers has to be somewhat like being a Medic in Vietnam. They lose like 14 guys a game. Most stressful job in football.

The Bills have faced two lesser teams so far and while the offence was impressive, the defence was not. For a team that is supposed to be well-rounded and deep on D, they let the Jets and Dolphins hang around far too long.

However, maybe that's due to a weird start to this COVID season and losing their two starting linebackers. And they held it together long enough to get two important divisional wins.

First real test this Sunday. Edmunds and Milano could both be back, but it's a game day decision. Allen needs to continue to dominate like he has been, and Buffalo needs to lean on their secondary to stop big plays in the 2nd half. Time for Tre White to earn that new contract.

Jaguars look asleep behind the wheel, this has blowout written all over it. This Jags D looks every bit as bad as I thought they would all year.

Terrible start by the Jaguars but this always felt like it was going to be a high scoring game. Great catches by Shenault and Cole on that drive, and they seem to have found a little gem in James Robinson.

Thought that drive might spark them but it really didn't. Terrible performance by Jacksonville except for Robinson. Miami's first double digit win since 2017!

Love sticking out a terrible TNF to see a bet come in during garbage time though. :lol:

I don't have a whole lot to add. Worst case scenario for TNF with two likely sub-.500 teams playing a game that ends up not being competitive. Jags offense looked bad but they stuck in a huge hole by their defense giving up three touchdowns on the first three drives, making Miles Gaskin look like Barry Sanders in the process. They were horrific. The rest of the game was a snooze.

I can’t do anything about survivor but you can still enter for pickem up until just before kickoff of each game.
