One thing that really stood out to me tonight was just how little motion there is in Gase's offence. Perhaps that has something to do with the backup receivers, but they just line up and run the play every time. Obviously not everyone can be Kansas City, but you're just handicapping yourself.

A shame there's no Jets/Giants game to determine who the worst team in the league truly is.

Orlovsky and Woody commented on this, it was like 3 motions in like 18 plays or something outdated and ridiculous. 

I've lost faith in Christopher Johnson if he doesn't fire Gase now. It's not fair to the Jet fans and honestly once Trump loses, we will get fucking Woody Johnson back and his racist, egotistical, pompous ass will take the reigns again. It just sucks man. This was his hire, he failed Darnold. He failed this team. The Johnsons ruined this franchise, what a damn shame. I had high hopes for Chris Johnson too and then this happens. I refuse to blame Joe Douglas but he has the next two drafts to show what he is made of. I just can't watch this team perform anymore. They aren't even likable. Woody will get to pick the next head coach and he will pick some ass kissing, no win head coach for reasons.

Saw a tweet that said the Jets have scored four touchdowns on offence this season, two on broken plays and two in garbage time. Diabolical.

On one hand I understand the argument that they're keeping Gase to ensure the #1 pick - but on the other he's doing wack stuff like putting Becton in the game when he's clearly not fit to play and jeopardising your 1B player's future.

That was a mess , that game was everything it needed to be. The right kind of chaos.

I feel for Darnold a ton , just ineptitude all around. Crowder is a good #2 or great #3 guy but he shouldn't be the best skill player on your offense. The line gave up too.

I know he had some ugliness in there with the interceptions but I like Rypien. Like he seemed like a gamer - maybe the next Fitzmagic. Not afraid to chuck it around , smart dude , is going to have some great moments/games but also have some terrible ones.

I think Rypien played bad. I don't think he was impressive at all.

Jerry Jeudy saved him from another possible interception when he Moss'd Desir. I don't think he's good enough to be a starter in the NFL. Those interceptions were awful. He has an arm and Desean Hamilton should've caught that bomb, but he really wasn't impressive to me.

Context is key. An UDFA making his first career start , on the road in primetime. He had some impressive moments and the expected unimpressive ones as well.

Even though we torched my team last week, he’s a guy with a story that is easy to root for. I love that an UFA that bounced around practice squads has developed into a solid option on a Super Bowl contender. As a Saints fan, it reminds me of Lance Moore and Willie Snead.

Rypien wasn't really that good, he telegraphed loads of his passes but on a short work week for him to make some plays is pretty good. But he was rewarded with 7 first downs off of personal fouls and pass int's of awful CB play, 6 were legit and the only one that was an awful call was the 1st Quinnen Williams roughing the passer. Either way, he did nothing but just stand in the way of yet another Gregg Williams defense implosion, the other 30 teams won't give freebies to him like that. Believe Broncos scored 17 of their points off of extended drives like that. That was the difference in the game.

Road element is gone this year, no crowd noise or anything so audibles and calls at the LOS aren't altered in any capacity not a big feat. Short work week prep is however, that I give Rypien and Shurmur loads of credit for. Shurmur called a fantastic game.

Darnold was running for dear life every other snap due to the blitz and lack of protection in fairness and he did as much as he possibly could with his feet and was also body slammed and left with a sprained shoulder for two drives.

The worst loss last night for the Jets is the fact that they didn't fire Adam Gase. SMH.

They are tanking with him at HC and Joe Douglas is using him as a scapegoat to get as high of a pick as possible. 

It does make sense for the Jets and Giants to end up with the #1 and #2 overall picks and both pass on Trevor Lawrence and watch him become a superstar for the Washington Football Team.

If they cancelled today, the jets would no doubt be 1st pick as the sole 0-4 team. I am a glass half full sort of guy. Gase gets fired and I don't have to watch this team play again for a long time.

Pats/Chiefs is now Tuesday night. Probably to give time to see if more positive tests pop up. If more players test positive they'll postpone.

More players on the Titans have tested positive as well. This puts their game against Buffalo next Sunday in jeopardy.
