Right in front of the refs face, the linesman have been dreadful this year especially. Iffy roughing the passer calls, lack of holding calls, indecision on forward laterals or not, like geez. Why is it such a dropoff.

I haven't read/heard much about the reasons behind the Vikings defensive struggles - what's the problem been? They still have a lot of good players so tonight's performance wouldn't be that surprising if not for the first month of the season.

Secondary and youth/turnover along with being thin at every level.

I always get a kick out of them being like “Russell can’t beat this two deep safety look” like Minnesota was the first team to try that against an elite deep ball passer. Seattle is just playing like shit and the game plan and play calling have been Schoddy at best.

I actually think the whistle negatively impacted the Vikings on that fumble - the refs blew before the ball had even been recovered. Seattle probably would have got it regardless but you could see Thielen ease up because he heard the whistle.

Regardless, what a crazy flip this game has taken.

Vikings showing some serious resilience here - thought that meltdown following Cook's injury was going to doom them for sure - but two great TD drives since.
