Hope for a speedy recovery and an even speedier new team, would love to see Burrow have a chance at a career with an actual NFL team.

I didn’t watch the game last night because I had some personal matters to attend to. Surprised at the result. I really thought the Bucs would win yesterday after that bounce back performance last week but it seems like the Rams are the real deal this year.

Woah. So I just watched a condensed version of this game, basically the highlights.
Those two interceptions by Brady were absolutely awful. These stats of 20+ yard passes by Brady are really bad. I think it’s safe to say that he might be washed up. Those weapons in Tampa are too damn good to not be given the opportunity for downfield passes. AB and Godwin could eat on those short passes but not Evans. The Evans and Godwin TDS were all Evans and Godwin too. Evans powered his way in and Godwin used his athleticism. Both interceptions were just so damn bad. Like not NFL worthy. You have 2 minutes to get into FG range and you make that throw? Why?! Just insane.
The Buccaneers run D is amazing BUT they got lit up in the secondary yesterday. Kupp leads the NFL in YAC after catch in the last 3 seasons. It’s incredible what he’s been able to do in his career POST INJURY. Robert Woods went from irrelevant with the Bills to a fucking stud with the Rams. Just an incredible effort by both of them last night.
The Rams might be the best team in the NFC but I don’t want to put a claim to that because it could be recent bias. Only thing that can stop this team is Jared Goff.

Just an incredible effort by both of them last night. The Rams might be the best team in the NFC but I don’t want to put a claim to that because it could be recent bias. Only thing that can stop this team is Jared Goff. The most impressive thing for me as someone who's always liked this Rams team was how last night was clearly a coaching/scheme victory by McVay. I criticised him for a couple of conservative in game decisions but he had his strategy spot on expecting Todd Bowles to bring the blitz and had Goff get the ball out quickly to Woods and Kupp and it worked perfectly. Bowles adjusted and dialled back the pressure in the second half and while that prevented the Rams really putting the game away I was glad to see McVay stick with the passing game even after Goff made a couple of mistakes. McVay clearly wants to be a run-first team but last night showed that they have the capability/confidence to throw the ball around and win a "shootout" type game as well unlike a similar structured team like the Vikings. Obviously you're receivers aren't going to get 150 after catch yards every week but I think there's a lot of cache in being able to win in different ways.
