Chargers have the most promise to be a contender in 2-3 years. Maybe even sooner. Their record is not reflective of how good they were this year. They just need to be able to hold on to leads and watch out. They could contend next season with the right coach, really should be a 10 win team with the talent they have. Top ten in a lot of categories on both offence and defence this season. They just need the guy that Brian Daboll was to Josh Allen, rather than Freddie Kitchens was to Baker Mayfield - to keep Herbert going in the right direction.
