Well it would have been nice if the defence showed up and gave us a chance, but alas...tough loss but it is what it is. More positivity to build on for next year.
Go beat Brady. At least I can watch the super bowl stress free.

Wow Nantz is right. Romo got beat up around the internet saying that Chiefs-Bucs could be a Super Bow preview. didn't I predict this Super Bowl on your podcast pre season? I believe so!

Are you surprised? Buffalo decided not to play defence against arguably the best offence in the league. Not the greatest game plan if I say so myself. Chiefs make a lot of teams look like they aren’t playing defense. Nah man. This wasn't that. D didn't show up at all. The regular season game they did and it was close. Allen just couldn't do anything when he had the ball. This game was lopsided because the defence didn't know what to do and they contained Allen again.

Chiefs make a lot of teams look like they aren’t playing defense. The one thing that really surprised me was how badly Hill beat Tre White. Kinda expected Kelce to have a big game because the Bills have struggled to defend TEs all season but Hill was absolutely mopping the floor with White from start to finish and easily could have had a much bigger stat line. You already mentioned how Tampa had no answer for him in the regular season game, Bowles is going to have to come up with some sort of way to double/triple him whilst somehow not leaving everyone else wide open.

Patrick on play action today - 11/11 for 173. Also there was not a defender within 8 yards of Kelce on that last TD. And no one wants to hire the OC. :dunno: McNair sitting back watching this game saying "What's Leslie Frazier's callback number? Lets sign him!"

I wanted to make a hand joke but Blindy ruined the opportunity. I’d love for a lot of people on the Buccaneers to win the chip. JPP, Suh, AB, Lenny and TB/Gronk again. Just not at the expense of the Chiefs.

You guys had Mahomes dead to rights a few times and he shimmied the shoulders and got a ball out perfect. The Chiefs just have too much firepower.

They figured him out a bit in the second half, stopped trying to go one on one and slinked back into the “ok let’s let Mahomes have the underneath stuff” routine that every defense used this year. I’d guess they’ll do that again before trying the Carlton Davis one on one plan again. But still Mahomes really should’ve had a 500 yard day that day. Hardman dropped a pass that was a practically guaranteed 75 yard sprint to the end zone. So I’m feeling better going into this game then I did a year ago against SF.
