Who do you think will be the next team to relocate? Do you believe an international franchise will ever be fully realized?
Will expansion take place in the 2030's/40's?
What possible rule changes do you foresee? Modifications in equipment, strategy, etc.?
... Will our future robot overlords replace all human players in favor of pre-programmed gridiron androids?
... Will Mike Brown keep his head preserved in a vat and continue to make the city of Cincinnati and Hamilton County pay out of pocket while they're simultaneously bending over and taking it?
What exactly does your pigskin crystal ball show you?

Packers get 8 more Super Bowl trophies.
I don't even know how to answer this question. I don't think the NFL is going to change too much and they are notorious for going year to year with bandaids and experiments that it's hard to project long term. Whatever happens one year gets over corrected next year before returning to the mean.
Strategy wise they are going to go more and more like college. I don't see that changing too much with the athletes coming out today and the transition being too much to teach. So much of the same.
I don't see expansion likely but I do think a team will be in London and/or Mexico City by the end of the decade.

Tom Brady plays until he’s 65 so he can immediately collect social security when he finally retires.

The NFL should expand in Canada before trying to go to Europe. Why they haven't already is a complete mystery. Football and the CFL is the 2nd biggest sport there right after hockey. Many of our own Canadian posters are rabid football fans and I think they would dig having a franchise in Toronto, Montreal, or any other large Canadian city.

About the only place in Europe American Football even has the tiniest foothold is England. Canada also had the advantage of not having to do long international flights.

Right but they already have the audience in Canada as you laid out. Putting a team in Canada isn't going to expand their audience as if they put one in London - which also proved to be a viable option as far as fans.
Also don't think for a second the NFL cares about the international flight downside if it opens up a NEW market.

I don't think having a Canadian team in the NFL would work well.
We have our own league, and say if Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton, or Vancouver got an NFL team, It would hurt both leagues in the long run, IMO. And imagine the pain in the ass it would be to reconfigure the football fields between NFL and CFL games. I mean, just look at the situation when the Raiders went to Winnipeg for a preseason game.

If they came here, the fans probably wouldn't want to see their CFL teams, compared to the ones the NFL put out. And in turn, that would hurt the rest of the CFL.

The Raiders will relocate again within 15 years.
There will be a team in Mexico before Canada. Could be the Raiders.

Bring the Seattle SuperSonics back!
Oh wait wrong sport…
Seriously love for New Mexico to finally get a pro sports NFL team will be nice but that is unlikely Mexico City have a better chance than New Mexico .

To me, Mexico City is the most viable international market not named Toronto. Football is more popular in Mexico than some people realize, especially in that country's most Americanized city.
Plus you'd have obvious rivalries in Dallas or Houston depending on which conference that hypothetical team landed in.
The discrepancy between currencies though would definitely be an issue.
London is a process and isn't happening anytime soon. I think some major advancements in transportation speed are going to have to occur before that happens.
I think the NFL expands domestically first without a doubt. San Antonio, Portland, San Diego, St. Louis... Possibly even Omaha because that metro/city keeps growing and growing. But probably not any time soon.
I'm also worried about the potential of the Bengals leaving Cincinnati after the PBS lease is up in 2026, especially if we get a Watson or Luck situation with Joe Burrow.

What's the transportation issue with London? Isn't it only like a 5-hour flight from New York? Comparable or shorter than the flight from New York to Los Angeles.

If you put them in the AFC East the only extensive traveling in their division would be to Miami and that's probably what, 8-9 hours? Not too bad. Non-divisional matchups with AFC/NFC West teams would be the bigger issue, not to mention the time zone difference. But I do think one day in the far future London will get a team.

Mexico City blew their chance with the turf disaster on multiple occasions, including a game having to be relocated back to the states over the matter. I doubt any player or union rep would be fine with having a team relocated there until Mexico City proves themselves in that regard.
