I should have played the Shingles thing up more in real life if @ness had me on my death bed. That's what I get for not taking the advice of *checks notes* the 21st greatest tv show of all time's Mr. Grainger- "always play for sympathy, dear boy." In reality, I seem to have had an extremely mild case.

Impressed by Ness namedropping Sunderland, of all teams. That's a soccer deep cut. I don't even think they're in the Premier League anymore. (That brief soccer phase I went through about a decade ago was WEIRD. Still not sure where that ever came from) I look forward to Ness mentioning the San Diego Padres as the one baseball team he knows when SM inevitably returns to discuss America's former pastime. Wait, the Chattanooga Lookouts would be an even better baseball Sunderland stand in.

Wait again...just remembered a poster here is a Sunderland supporter. Jake, I think. That would explain them being the one soccer team Ness knows.

Maybe I'll review video games this week so Ness has something to talk about in VG&T.

I've listened to the past 3 episodes now while blowing snow.

While it makes the chore infinitely more bearable, I'm not hands free enough to write notes while listening.

Just rest assured I'm listening. And mostly agreeing with everything. Especially on relaxing the mass tags. Gotta make people feel special with those individual shout outs.

Here's hoping future episodes will be dropped not so perfectly in line with snowstorms, and I can get back to poop listens at long last.

I agree, no more mass tagging for PPV predictions! Firstly if you're not paying enough attention to notice the thread you don't deserve to play, and secondly it meant a lot more work when I went to count scores the other day!

The PW treasury is prepared to make room in the budget for a transition program based on the fact that we've only banned one poster on Proboards.

Bring back the random weekly sports post! Non-US posters clearly carry the Empire for what it's worth.

Regarding PC gamers, sporadic poster Lionheart is also a PC gamer. He's brave enough to build his own PCs to cut on costs despite the fact that Rockstar pay him $10 million a year to program Red Dead Redemption 2.

It’s nearly half the price and only takes around 3 hours. Would have taken one hour if I was more used to doing it than the once a decade that I do it.

It’s a bit hard the first time but just be careful and follow directions. Watching a youtube video on installing each part helps a lot and is foolproof.

The only thing that really takes time is researching the parts to get, but you should be doing that anyway so you know what you are buying in a prebuilt one.
