I wouldn't blame them but no I think I was just misled by Wikipedia.

Reading into it now, I believe what happened was that it was always supposed to be just fifteen teams. They had only announced 11 by the final Dynamite but had The Chaos Project, The Sydals and SCU involved in the go-home brawl so naturally all those teams were presumed to be in the match. Then they must have announced some more teams via social media so they were tossed into the Wikipedia entry willy nilly, not realising they were up to 18 teams at that point.

In the end, Chaos Project were never officially announced for the match and Top Flight were scratched the day before via Twitter.

What a headache.
