Anyone following the Women's Olympic runners stuff going on?  So far five girls barred from competing.  People screaming about how trans rights are being violated when five women were barred from competing after the new testosterone limits were put into place for running.  Since these limits were publicized three of the women came out as XY karyotypes.  Estimated that 15% of all female Olympic athletes are born with XY karyotypes and considered intersex assigned as female.  All five women barred can take testosterone blockers and compete but claim to have various reasons not to want to.  Believe two did take them and failed qualified.  

The woman are fighting for exemptions to the testosterone limits, or for it to be raised.  But they usually compete at a testosterone advantage, so if other girls dope up to their standard testosterone levels, they likely are no longer competitive.  And an exemption for them to compete at a far higher testosterone level than you can legally dope to now, means they will have an unfair advantage.

They can compete with the men, but they claim as women, they should not have to.  Also they are not fast enough to be competitive against men.  

Well as long as they don’t smoke weed.

LOL. That was a weird one for sure. OCC is gonna get a lot of shit over it. Weed is likely coming off the ban list for most sports since it gives no competitive advantage.  Well, or all athletes will use it will have medicinal exemptions.
