AEW Dynamite kicking things off with Jericho/Guerrera, I'm genuinely intrigued to see how Juvi is in the ring, as it's been a while since I've seen him in a match.

I thought you could not go back to the mask in Luchador history if you took it off. I know Rey Mysterio and WWE had to fight something in Mexico to allow Rey to regain his for instance. I could be mistaken though because these are more so "unwritten" rules.

Juvi looking good out there, honestly better than I thought he would.

That is the traditional rule. I know CHIKARA used that version of it for their masks.

I don't know the rules for sure, but the story as I heard it (which is like fifthhand at best) is that Mysterio unmasks when they wrestle in Mexico. He'll come to the ring with it on but takes it off before the bell rings.

Keeps it on outside because Mexico's wrestling associations have no authority outside its borders.

And yeah these two working a lot better than I assumed they would.

And DAMN, since he was demasked, did not think of Jericho ripping the mask off in this match.

Also they may have answered this but why is Juvi wrestling this match? What's in it for him?

Likely expired. I assumed they would be released sooner or later as they did not get to be 2.0 in WWE. AEW will not make this mistake and they get a huge tag team.

Looks like the Page going away rumors are true. If he has a kid coming though makes sense. And FUCK YEAH 2.0 is pack!!!

MJF paid him, so, money. And he still holds a grudge for Jericho taking his mask. And presumably if he can beat Jericho, the first AEW world champion, he could parlay that into a contract.

Nah, they got released. I'm pretty sure NXT contracts are 30 day non-compete clauses. Hence why Black's was only 30 days and the WWE forgot to update it.

2.0 about to fly... Always great to see them mix it up with Kingston.

And yeah NXT is 30 day no compete.

God I freaking love seeing Shane back and being himself.

Considering the talent and their position within AEW, that match should have been more one-sided.

2.0 have a long ass history with Kingston so he put them over big time.  Also they are a huge gain for AEW as they are one of the best comedy tag teams out there.  Shane / Lee in particular is one of the funniest fucking wrestlers, so they are great for mid tier guys that can just be put on a show and put out a good to great match every time.
