I know it's been said by commentary during tag matches you have 20 seconds instead of 10 to do double teams in AEW. But I thought you also got a 20 count to return to the ring before a count out, and swear I even remember matches where the count went above 10. But now in the last couple weeks they are doing 10 for getting counted out. Am I remembering the 20 count for count outs wrong?

I don't recall them using the 20 count any other time.

They did for a while I believe and went back to 10 count. I remember Tony Khan use that against someone who was saying something bad about their tag matches needing more control And when they mention 20 count he said it was a 10 count and they didn't know the product.
"The Young Bucks, Cody Rhodes and Kenny Omega quickly established that they were going to have a count out count similar to New Japan and Ring of Honor rather than WWE. AEW’s 20-count gives the competitor enough time to get back into the ring before a count out ends the match."
