Important to note that Lulu Pencil was #500. He was NXT Champion for the majority of the year.

Interesting that this time period had a lot of dominant champions on their brands/promotions, hard to weigh them up against each other. Omega and Reigns are both undefeated, but Omega won championships in multiple companies which puts him slightly ahead.
There's a parallel between McIntyre/Lashley and Ibushi/Ospreay. Both of the former guys were the dominant champion in 2020 through to 2021, then they were defeated by the latter guys. I can see why Ospreay is lower as he got injured shortly into his world title reign, but I feel like Ibushi should be above both McIntyre and Lashley.
Finn Balor did dominate NXT for much of that time, and arguably put on the best matches WWE/NXT offered.

I felt he was too high given how much time he missed with pneumonia or whatever was keeping him out. Then again, he won the G1, was the unified champ, was completely dominant up until he got sick...yeah I guess he's where he should be. I think the standout in the top 10 is Jon Moxley. I think he is where he is simply because of his star power and because Big Dave loves the fact he's running through the NJPW gauntlet right now. For the same reason I'm curious to see where he ranks Eddie Kingston. Dude loses more than he wins but is one of the most over people in AEW, is attached to Moxley, and has easily had the best year of his career.

Moxley was AEW Champion until December 2, which is about half of the time period. Also in the entire time he only lost two singles matches, both times to Kenny Omega. Apart from that he's basically invincible. Think the Bucks pinned him in a tag title match, that's about it.
