Concurred. And I’ve liked what I’ve seen/heard from him generally, but thought that segment was total cheese and needed a rewrite.

Also I really liked Ruby in WWE, but to go back to what others have said in other ways, is it a problem that a WWE jobber is getting pushed like this? Reminds me of the old Kevin Nash story where he and Scott Hall held off all of WCW with baseball bats and fans believed it.

I was referring to the Cincinnati bashing mostly, but “Methanie, oh I mean Melanie” and she should’ve swallowed and then she should’ve gotten an abortion. It was all a bit over the top cheese to me.

In my defense i made my post when MJF was still going off on everything being mid

but I still stand by the sentiment. Right now MJF isn't a fully fleshed out character, he is a caricature of a person who says and does cartoonishly evil things just for the sake of being eeeeevil.

Which again is fine, everyone starts somewhere and at 25 MJF is already pretty damned good on the mic (and again, can/should hopefully only get better with time) but I'm not going to say that was a great promo when so much of it was paint by numbers your local town sucks.

I thought Tanahashi was going to challenge him.

Instead we got a rushed match and Moxley stomping around the crowd. That was not my favourite.

Match was good but needed more time. 

I know a lot of people are into it but I hope that's the end of Mox fighting the Japanese dudes for now. Get him a proper feud going.

It's all building to Mox vs Tanahashi at either Full Gear or Wrestle Kingdom so it ain't ending yet. But I think this was the "I'm going to go home and rest for a couple weeks" blow off match so we're good for now.

Checking in on wreddit and Twitter....yeah everyone is pissed about that main event, and they should be.

I think they had to go home quick because Suzuki was bleeding, and bleeding a lot, and he needed to get checked on, so that's why they were focusing on Mox hanging out with the peoples.

The "this was one of the worst episodes of Dynamite ever" reaction because a guy's entrance got cut short is the universe rebalancing we needed after the "All Out was the best show since WM17" excitement.

My overall thoughts are that I would take a show that has to rush things occasionally because they cram so much in that the two hours fly by, every time over one that has heaps of downtime. Good stuff tonight was another electric crowd, the tremendous MJF segment, BPJ getting a great rub, CM Punk loving life and shilling for AEW is the best, and of course BRYAN DANIELSON.

Negatives were the opener which we already discussed, the Dan Lambert stuff which is completely terrible, three matches seemingly being derailed by injuries (Hobbs got knocked loopy on Dante's dive outside the ring, Ruby seemed to be struggling after getting thrown into the turnbuckle by Jamie, and Suzuki's eye which apparently ended the main event short) and the commentary which showed how important Excalibur is - JR and Tony are completely lost without him and can't call moves to save themselves.
