c would have a better idea but from memory Miro returned and made a hit-list where he'd take care of the Bastards, Punks, Cowboys and Pagans of AEW. Since the first three are too busy for him, he settled for the Pagans. The Pagans tried to recruit him by sending Julia Hart to the dimly lit room where Miro was ruminating about his duties as a redeemer, but those advances were rejected. Since Sting & Darby have their own scores to settle with the House of Black they've decided to create this temporary truce.

Then to ensure the match actually took place Miro distracted Malakai and allowed Alex Reynolds of the Dark Order to score a fluke roll-up to advance in their six man tag title tournament.

Super excited for Black's potential last match tomorrow. He takes on Kidd Bandit. Black is hurt, and Kidd is transitioning and it clipped their wings. Bandit been hyping the match as the ultimate underdog story and even lead a match study of Black's matches on Twitch the other night looking for weaknesses.

Given Kidd is pretty small, a huge Black fan and Black has that bum back, I expect him to get absolutely murdered. Or Kidd will be the one who takes Black out of wrestling keyfabewise with the Keyblade.

Are we getting OG Danhausen? After yet another squash you gotta wonder where his character is going…

I like him as the mascot of Best Friends, but yeah he needs to mix things up a little bit. Right now we are seeing very nice, but not so much very evil. They should let him actual be evil for once, and he should wrestle dirty as fuck and not just be squashed. Done right, he could be a great character that is near impossible to beat, simply because he is so fucking good at cheating.

This video is a good compilation of that. He is basically what Demon Finn Balor wanted to be. With more groin punches and jars of teeth.

He can be very menacing and creepy when he wants to be. If he gets a proper singles push I’d love it if more of this side came out:

Yeah I loved this side of him and was surprised it has not appeared in AEW. Amazing how few people realize he can actually wrestle.

Got an update on Black tonight. He is taking a few months off basically. He came back and beat the hell out of Kidd Bandit tonight.  Likely one of his best matches as Kidd has been watching his shit all week, so they knew exactly what they wanted to be hit with in this match and then let Black just brutalize them.  

I'm sure he'll enjoy life more when he's Aleister again.

Unless TK puts that Jim Crockett money towards lawsuits.

Black has 4 and half years before he can return to WWE.  Like MJF one of his issues is Tony deciding to now enforce non-competes, when in the past he said he would not trap people who did not want to be there in contracts.

It is still better then WWE contracts since if he doesn't care about you. He probably won't hold you just to hold you. But if are a big star that he really wanted then you are stuck.

Well Black was granted his release on the condition he does not work for WWE.  Slightly better, but still not what Tony said he would do originally.  He said he would not keep people who did not want to be there on contracts.  Then MJF wanted that offer and Tony changed his stance.  

That said MJF is reported to have gotten the the raise he wanted without the contract extension.  Tony caved which is why he is back.

People want premium pay, contacts are the downside to getting it. He just signed on for five years when he then wanted out.  Reading between the lines, sounds like he lost creative freedom for the House of Black stuff that fans were mostly confused by anyway.  Claims major promises were broken that lead to this break.

It is kinda interesting how time heals all wounds. A lot of stuff we crucified guys in the past over, others get a get out of jail free card when they want the same.

Yeah, Tony DEF is not used to being the bad guy. He wanted to be everyone's friend, but as everyone will tell him, this is a business. He needs to stop being one of the guys and be the boss. Suspending the Elite as stupid as I think it is, is actually a step in the right direction.
