Dynamite fell to #6 last night but only lost to NBA and NCAA basketball, so not terrible. Still averaging approx. 1 mil viewers which ain't too shabby.

I don't know, but NXT picked up viewers.. and continues to. Tuesday’s live Roadblock edition of WWE NXT 2.0 drew 613,000 viewers on the USA Network, according to Nielsen via Showbuzz Daily. This is up 11.25% from last week’s 551,000 viewers for the Roadblock go-home episode. More people continue to watch 2.0 than Rampage. Smashed them. Stacked them. Acknowledge NXT. NXT continues to grow in viewership, the go-home show for Roadblock pulled 551,000. Roadblock did 613,000 and now... Tuesday’s live post-Roadblock edition of WWE NXT 2.0 drew 624,000 viewers on the USA Network, according to Nielsen via Showbuzz Daily. NXT this was was jammed packed with main roster talent - The Miz, Robert Roode, Dolph Ziggler, Rey Mysterio and his awful, awful son. Argue all you want about Triple H's vision, The Miz/Ziggler/Roode mixing it up in NXT will do more for Bron, Ciampa, etc than any 42 minute slapfest with the UE. --- The March 11 Rampage episode however, a measly... 526,000. That sucks.

Ratings have been really good for a while on TBS, seems like Warner executives knew what they were doing shifting it to a younger-skewing station. I’m glad to see NXT doing well though I doubt Vince cares, he just wants more talent that fits his vision for the main roster. These NXT/Rampage comparisons are mental nath, come on. 😂

If it was the other way around, The AEW Cult would be having a field-day.
And look honestly, there's a lot of narratives AEW Marks will tell you, that just ain't true. The main one being NXT 2.0 is apparently the worst wrestling show on television, yet it outdraws the apparent best company in the world. And the other being that NXT was/is likely a worse show without Triple H and his UE - the television product is actually better now than it has been in years. I do miss Takeovers though.

Well if ratings are be-all-end-all, HHH's NXT did better ratings than 2.0, so you're killing your own argument.
You can't compare Rampage ratings to anything. It's taped most weeks, and doesn't start until past primetime. A primetime show like NXT should be beating it. It's as frivolous a comparison as when people said the Bunny outdrew Reigns and Lesnar. Except that was a joke that everyone was in on, but you're somehow being serious.

Triple H's NXT had the most stacked roster in developmental history - it should have been pulling a million a week, considering the talent on that brand. It was beyond a developmental territory, thus it being the " third brand " It should out-ranked 2.0 by a mile in week on week comparisons. But, - NXT 2.0 out ranks AEW Rampage - NXT 2.0 is apparently the worst show ever - AEW Rampage has been bleeding viewership from day 1. This is completely against the " everything we do is awesome " narrative AEW and it's cult of fans spin.

It's like talking to a brick wall. If we renamed the title respectful wrestling comparison, nath would fall into line.
He's just playing the gimmick.
Both sets of ratings are a concern, probably moreso Rampage considering it's meant to be the B-show.

Unlike last week which saw ratings plummet after a big lead-in, the ratings actually remained steady through out the first hour with fans interested to find out about the latest Jericho development and Wardlow's potential TNT Title win. However the Hardy's could not save the death slot and the main event that was one year in the making fell pretty flat.

I wonder how long TK can hold it in, before blowing his load all over a TLC match to close Dynamite now he has both Hardys in his pokemon set.

Who’s been tracking the meltdown over in SC today? Reddit drama is better than SmackDown and Dynamite.

I know wrestling is huge in LA, but still, AEW just shifted 12,000 tickets in one day for a Dynamite at the Staples Center. It’s still mind blowing there is a company this significant in 2022 that’s not WWE. You love to see it. Yeah it is crazy how fast they can move tickets in so many different markets. They may not be on the same level as WWE, but they definitely are not an indy fed either.

The RAW recap was a poorly written diatribe where one fan gave their 2c on everything that's wrong with the show and the mods let it stay up for hours. When fans spoke up, they were trolled with automated mental welfare checks and it triggered a discussion about how bias the board is against WWE.

When fans spoke up, they were trolled with automated mental welfare checks and it triggered a discussion about how bias the board is against WWE. In addition, an AEW stan posted a massively upvoted thread about how the end of Dynamite featuring 6 black people meant so much to him because he got to see ‘people that look like him’. Got awards and everything even though it was a typical AEW ‘we are the world’ circlejerk. It was later uncovered that the dude was white from a photo in an old post. 😂 Bad 24 hours for SC.

HAHA! that reminds me of when I was venting some of my dislike of Dave Meltzer in John McAdam's Facebook group. You'd think I was speaking about the pope or said I dislike newsletters giving my opinion on 1 person.

Rampage last week drew 398,000 viewers with a 0.13 rating in the 18-49 demo. A 24.33% decrease on the previous week.
NXT last week drew 624,000. NXT has topped 600,000 viewers 6 times this year. Rampage, once... with 601,000.
I'd like to offer my thoughts and prayers to all those in AEW, especially the booker of the year. This is a sad day. As NXT's lowest ever rating was 400,000.
But ratings don't matter, t-shirts do. That's the real KPI.

Some well timed comments, ahead of the biggest WWE title match in WWE history since 2001.
Thunder Rosa: " I'm offended by a segment that aired 18 years ago featuring Brock Lesnar making fun of Mexicans "

Can we more posts about how AEW has diversity problems from the same people complaining about Rosa comments about people mocking Mexican culture, cause that would be awesome.

Thunder Rosa: " I'm offended by a segment that aired 18 years ago featuring Brock Lesnar making fun of Mexicans " It's all good since Thunder Rosa is the women's champion. She also said this treat a few months ago. :laughy: She was also the one laughing at Shida's accent like a year ago(I thought it was Dasha but I think she was the one scolding the fired Spanish commentator) She has really taken a fall from grace from all the good she had going for her.

Little offends me, I could careless about being PC at times. In fact, there's a good argument to be made, I encourage it.
It's just perfectly timed.
Similarly to comments about Tessa Blanchard literally at the eleventh hour before winning the Impact Title.
