Yeah it's a lose-lose situation for Thibs. I've always liked him as a coach. He'd be better off rebuilding/contending somewhere else with less pressure and spotlight.

I used to like Tom Thibodeau but this experience has changed my perspective on him. Thibs wants EVERYTHING his way. Otherwise, he doesn't adjust to the circumstances around him. His way or, the highway. Well, buddy, there's the highway.
