Damn, that sucks.
While I haven't been his biggest fan for the last decade or so, I wouldn't wish cancer on anyone. Hopefully they caught it early enough.

Yeah this is rough, I love JR. Both of his books are as good a wrestling read as you’ll find. Melanoma isn’t normally a killer, so hopefully that’s the case for JR and he makes a full recovery.

Jim Ross is the man. Overcame loss of his wife and dealing with Bells' Palsy for decades to still be the GOAT of announcers. We got great news for Don West this year, another badass, best wishes for Ross.

JR will always be the voice of wrestling for me, much like Gorilla was for the generation before. Hope Jim can overcome this and wishing him the best, the man's really gone through enough adversity in life as it is.
