Bray and whoever is close to him have been super quiet on all fronts. Seems like every time someone brings up Impact they act like they have no idea what they're talking about. I'm assuming Impact reached out with an offer and Bray laughed at it. I have a hard time believing that AEW doesn't want him. I could see them having different ideas creatively though. Bray probably has his vision and AEW probably is hesitant considering Malakai Black is already doing the spooky mask/supernatural/morbid stuff.

AEW also said they did not want Adam Cole. I think they plan on using Bray and want it as a suprise.
Black is not really doing a supernatural gimmick at all. He is doing a left hand path corrupter gimmick. Very cool gimmick that does not need any real supernatural elements. And this is way better than any supernatural gimmick, as it is a way to get faces to act in ways we normally do not see them act. I cannot wait to see Black feud with Orange and get Orange to break out of the gimmick to really try to hurt Black.
Bray I am not sure will return to supernatural stuff either. I see him really leaning into Max Cady where the "fiend" side is just him without remorse. It would be like Black's gimmick but different enough so they do not overlap. If Bray takes this path, the "fiend" wants to hurt people, whereas Black wants people to hurt him. If he does this way, Bray normally will be a happy go lucky guy until he is angered enough to just snap. Be a lot closer to Wyatt family Bray.
Then again, Bray may run a totally new gimmick. Who knows with him.

Given he is using The Kult of Windham, it's going to be something old school Bray Wyatt esque. Maybe he brings out a darker side in the PPVs like how Balor brings out his demon in the special matches.

That is confirmed as his new gimmick - he has teased a few things during the last few months. I doubt AEW or Impact are bringing in all those people either just for Bray.

If he reverts back to OG NXT Bray Wyatt then I’m 100% all in. He was amazing in that and never really got to properly showcase it.

The question is, can he work?
I know he's dropped weight. But he was never a great worker, and he's about to potentially step into a world that is so reliant on workrate. Especially AEW. And he's probably too ridiculous for NJPW while using any sort of " Bray Wyatt " gimmick.

Ryback in AEW would be like Big Show wrestling a cruiserweight.
CM Punk probably still holds a grudge though, so Ryback won't be in AEW.
But, I think Ryback has Ryback'd himself out of the business anyway. Ryback ryback'd Ryback.

Bray will wind up in AEW, it's only a matter of time. They'll both end up benefitting from each other.
AEW roster needs more heavyset power guys, and Wyatt also makes perfect sense to take Brodie's (RIP) mantle as a new leader for the Dark Order. Bray needs a new place to wrestle (unless he has other career pursuits in mind).
Presuming that a lot of this is either working the fans to create some seeds of doubt or having yet to agree on contractual terms/creative direction.
