Probably an ex WCW or WWF legend. Maybe Kurt Angle. Or Ric Flair if the stench of controversy is gone. I'll go with Ric, Andrade can really use a jolt like him at manager. 

Both of those would be total let downs to me. But I am not entirely sure you are wrong either. Would love to see a three way Wargames style match pitting Arn vs Tully vs Flair via teams they pick.

Someone on wreddit pointed out that this is eerily similar to the verbiage Tony used when he signed Christian. I hope it's someone more interesting than that. I like Christian and all but they made it sound like they signed fuckin Roman Reigns or something.

The two biggest free agents right now are Wyatt and Gargano so if it isn't either of them people will be disappointed. Curious to see who it is.

Jeff will be on Matt's podcast Friday. Should get some info on the release there and what he "plans" to do. But both Matt and Christian want him in AEW, and Khan said he was one of his favorite guys in the past. More and more is coming out that Jeff wanted out of WWE anyway since they were taking him off of the main roster and sending him to NXT.

Not even sure if Joe will wrestle, but with all the work WWE put into him in terms of backstage stuff they will def want him in the company. I mean he can train, scout, produce, do commentary, work matches here and there, ect. He is a guy they really want to have to around. Regal I see retiring from wrestling after his release, but Joe I can see becoming the Regal of AEW.

Word is Joe is coming back to the ring when he returns.

Gargano wasn't released, his contract ended. So he doesn't have the 3 month no compete, he can debut at anytime.

I don't think Johnny's signing with anyone in the immediate future, he's talked on Twitch about just wanting to be a dad right now and helping care for his newborn baby.

Yeah Gargano is out for several months to do the dad stuff.  He is playing with twitch and just chilling now.

Ibushi is hurt right now I think.  But he is NJPW and one of their top guys.  Sure Kenny would love to have the Golden Lovers in AEW but not sure NJPW will lend him out. 

That said Okada should be coming back sooner or later.  He wants both Punk and Dragon before they retire again.  I assume the deal will be Punk in AEW and Dragon in NJPW.

Ibushi broke his arm during a match a while back, not sure when he will be cleared to return.

As far as I know he's contracted to NJPW.

Thanks for the info, I don't follow NJPW as much as I probably should, so I didn't know that. Still though, I'm sure Omega would love for Ibushi to come state side, with him joining AEW.
