Next week there will be a CASINO Battle Royale to determine the other team that will join the above winners and Jungle Express in a Tag Team Triple Threat match at Revolution for the AEW Tag Team titles.

Before you get all excited, the last Casino Tag Team Battle Royale did not have a Joker card. Maybe this one will but we don’t know yet. Also does a team that doesn’t win this week get a 2nd chance maybe? Hmmm?

Again I ask, what's the point of the two battle royals for this week and next week? Shouldn't the top two teams be Jurassic Express's opponents for Revolution, and if not, shouldn't they be pissed as fuck that they're either being over looked (when theyre the rightful contenders based off of the rankings) and/or being forced to compete in these silly battle royals. Basically The Acclaimed and House of Black are getting fucked over (based off of the rankings from February 16th.

I like AEW, hell I watch them more than the WWE, but don't tell me rankings matter when shit like this happens.

Nothing grabs me out of the announced matches, but I'm sure there'll be some good stuff on the rest of the show. Jericho/Kingston should be great.

Completely agree. The power rankings become a joke when shit like this happens. Either The Acclaimed & House of Black get in by default, or they fight in a #1 contender’s match. Hell, you want to do a battle royale so bad? The loser of the #1 contenders match gets to enter the following week as a second chance.

You'd think so, but I feel nothing towards this storyline. I don't know why. PAC is great. Black is great. The promos are great. I just don't care about...anything. How has the story progressed between that match and this one?

There's gonna be a less beefy Face of the Revolution qualifying match tonight. Dark Order's 10 will be squaring off with Absolute Ricky Starks.

Bummer. I was hoping for a pure battle of the beef ladder match.

I saw that too. Apparently people saw this person at the arena and the hotel where everyone is staying. It's not really an interesting name, unless the rumours as to WHY this person is there are true:

Rumour has it Tony bought ROH, or is partnering with them. His "all-day" meetings and upcoming announcement has people thinking that's why Gresham is there.

I'll give AEW credit, I love how both members have to be eliminated for the team to be eliminated. I jnow the WWE uses to do Tag team battle royals, where if one member of the team was eliminated then the whole team was eliminated and that always seemed stupid to me.
