I'll be honest, I've barely played any games on sandylea's list, only Marvel's Spider-Man. Big Pete however has Ocarina of Time, Resident Evil 4, Super Meteoid, Sonic The Hedgehog 2, and Marvel vs. Capcom 2.

Easy choice, especially since Big Pete has one of my favorite roster of games.

Big Pete's roster is much more up my street as well. Only two games I don't care about on his list are Super Metroid and Warcraft III. The rest of his picks are fantastic.

I've not played a single game on sandylea's list. She may be surprised, given what I drafted, but I was deliberately drafting outside of my comfort zone just for something different.

MUCH closer poll than it should be, I would go with Big Pete barely but Sandylea might have had the best 1-2 punch upfront for me in those 2 games. I voted Sandylea, should be a closer poll. 

EDIT: This poll heated up as it should, so had to change my vote here. This was really close, the final 2 picks of both teams made the difference. 

Really enjoyed Uncharted 2, Bloodbourne, Fallout 4, and Jade Empire. I have Days Gone but never played it. Seen most of Hallow Knight played through shareplay. Never played the other stuff.


I know I play a lot more stuff that Big Pete has played but most of these aren't it. I spent a lot of time playing Sonic 2 and MvC2. For the longest time, fighting games was my favorite genre. And this was one of the few fighting games where I got put in my place before online play. I bet so much on Ocarina of Time last after you hyped that game up and it burned me. Played Super Metriod for less then hour. Never played the rest.

I had picked it number 1 last time because from what I heard it was consider the best Zelda so thought it would help lead me to victory.

Oh right, I thought I had gotten you to play it and had an awful time.

I just remember there was a time where OoT and FF7 were undeniable top tier choices. Apparently not amongst PW, especially considering the real FF7 wasn't drafted. I guess everyone had a similar thought and didn't draft it out of respect for Emperor and his pick?

For everyone who hasn’t played some of the games I listed, they are all wonderful in their own right and I would strongly suggest them all. Happy to pass on more info about any of the games if anyone is interested 😊 Spiritfarer is probably the biggest hidden gem.

Only because Bloodborne is *that* good. Elden Ring hasn't been as good(Still a great game!)

Sandy gets my votes, on virtue of me playing more of their games they've drafted

I'd have to look at other lists, but Sandylee's gonna be hard to top for me, Pete's is strong, top 3 especially, but Sandy's got a knockout. Spiritfarer is the only one I haven't played/don't love. Just Uncharted 2, Bloodborne, and Hollow Knight are a hell of a combination, added with Days Gone, Fallout 4, and Marvel's Spider-Man makes it beastly, and I've always heralded Jade Empire as Bioware's true masterpiece.

Here's how I vote.

Both lists are games they own. Whos house would I rather have a sleepover with? Plus I don't wanna see Sandy's uncharted fallout with system's hollow knight and pete's games are mostly better/ones I've played.

Big Pete has arguably my favourite game of all-time in Ocarina of Time, but sandy's catalogue has more games in my library overall.
