Personally, I think the best part about the women having a Royal Rumble match this year is the possibility of a one-on-one title match at Mania. (I found the entire segment to be another example of WWE passing on character development just to put themselves over for giving women an opportunity).
So if we get a one on one title match at Mania, what do you predict it will be?
I think the obvious prediction is Ronda vs. Charlotte if they are able to get Ronda on board. But if Charlotte is defending her title at Mania, I'd much rather see it be against Asuka. Story-wise, they'd have to allow the winner to challenge the opposite brand.
Charlotte is already capable of great matches, and Asuka is the smoothest on the roster and brings the best out of her opponents, so they could really put on a classic. I'm also interested in seeing what Charlotte could do against Asuka - her best matches were with Sasha, Becky and Bayley, all of whom she perfected her chemistry with in NXT training.

I doubt Smackdown will win both Rumble matches but I let Becky win it to face Charlotte at WM. Raw side best possible main event would be Sasha vs. Asuka but with the lack of build up it is to early for it.
If it is Becky vs. Charlotte then I think the other women's match will be some type of 6vs6 match. Absolution Squad vs. Sasha/Alexa/Bayley/Naomi/Carmella/Tamina with Lana.

I want Kaitlyn to return, win the Rumble, then win the belt from Charlotte.
But I fully expect Ronda vs Charlotte

As far as big matches for the women go, those really are the two to go with, and honestly I'm okay with either match happening. Having said that, I think they'll go with Ronda/Charlotte... unless they plan on moving Asuka to the blue brand.

Hasn't Asuka moved from the Asuka Lock to the Armbar? Figured that was because of the potential Rousey match. So if not Charlotte/Ronda... Asuka/Ronda. Either way it's Rousey winning it all.

I can't see any sort of inter-brand match happening, so either they move Asuka to SD or she won't be challenging Charlotte. If they do go with a Ronda/Asuka title match it will be interesting to see how they get there and who will be the champion going into it.
If they go with Charlotte/Ronda then I can only see that happening at the expense of Asuka's win streak via a win at the Womens Royal Rumble, which I really don't wanna see. With the whole 4 Horsewomen dynamic, though, I see this being WWE's preferred route for such a high profile match. No reason why Asuka can't challenge or be the Raw champ come showtime anyway, so no real loss. Both Charlotte and Asuka are amazing either way so it's a toss up as to who would drag the best match out of Rowdy..
Just praying Asuka doesn't become too heavy a Ronda sacrifice along the way... #Armbar
