Lony might have the most well rounded list on here, System is hit and miss with me. 

Probably will be the closest contest for me. Both had a Mario that made me want the system it was released on. The next highest games for me from each list would be HCTP and Pokemon Red. HCTP and near all of the Smackdown series to 2K has been a day one purchase for me. Now that I think about it I never played Pokemon Red I played Blue. But I guess I will count it. It help me trade because my friends with it usually had Red since it had a dragon on the cover instead of a turtle. Which really leaves MKX, Trigger, and DKC2. I enjoy them for a while but liked a better one in each of the series. I preferred MK9 to X since X added a lot of characters' kids I really just didn't care about as much. I am in the camp of Cross being better then Trigger. DKC I actually beat and I don't remember were I stopped on DKC2. I think I may have rented it which is why I never finished it.

This honestly comes down to Perfect Dark vs Goldeneye for me. The amount of time I spent playing both of these on N64 is pretty amazing. Goldeneye ended up winning just because I finished it multiple times, and the multiplayer was just always hella fun.

System had one of the more interesting drafts and I wanted to vote for him but just too many question marks.

Postal 2 maybe the most offensive game of all-time, but is it actually good?
Guitar Hero was huge, but is it the best entry and was the entire series a fad?
Is MKX the best release since the reboot? How does it compare to other fighters? Was MK better off as a relic of the 90s? Was it merely a clone of Bonestorm II?

I thought the Pokemon Red/Blue pick was pretty smart. My first reaction was that there were better games, but none of them are as iconic as the originals. Plus, the original set the standard that the series has largely stuck to and I don't think any of them provided players with as interesting a world to explore. If I had to pick best Pokemon game it would have been Heart Gold/Soul Silver or Black 2/White 2, but I think there's a fair chance people wouldn't identify with those.

I wonder which Mario game is ultimately PW's favourite? I'd have to think it's World. Does World also stand above DKC2?

Quite an easy vote for System. I've played a few of Lony's games, and some are good, but there are no absolute standouts on his roster.

Meanwhile System boasts Pokemon Red, one of the main reasons I play video games at all, which alone is almost enough to beat Lony's roster. Then you have Guitar Hero, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, also staples of my younger days, not to mention some other solid choices.

Super Mario 64, Guitar Hero and THPS 2 all get System points, but Breath of the Wild, Perfect Dark and Chrono Trigger tie it up.

So the tie-breaker is favourite game of the bunch, which is Perfect Dark.
