The 1% chance Bret Hart would have popped up part time for AEW has now become 0%. This won't go over well with the AEW audience though Tony Khan has to have his WCW thrill just because. Kinda wonder if Goldberg and Jericho have a program and Jericho brings up the fight from decades ago, he is very proud of that moment.

Khan would bring in him if he could get him weekly for cheap, like say, the price of Punk. But not at like a million a match like he has been getting. Pretty sure Khan was on record saying he would love to work with him.

I have to concede that Goldberg would be a big draw in AEW, a one-time only draw, but a draw nonetheless.
Can't understand why, though. The guy brings absolutely nothing to the table.

Because wrestling fans are weird. Prime example. Third highest rate segments in wrestling history was The Stooges vs. The Mean Street Posse bringing in a 8.61 rating. Only Steve Austin vs. The Undertaker and Shane, Taker and HHH vs Vince, Rock and Austin had better ratings.
Joey Abs was a bigger draw than HBK and Goldberg clearly.
