All the championship matches are foregone conclusions except for the Tag Team Championships...could easily see either of the current champions winning those. Also the four way, but that's a new belt, so naturally unpredictable. We know Clark Connors isn't winning but could easily see one of the other three getting the gold.

I'm surprised people are betting against Zack Sabre Jr. Reason I say that is because he's a top singles guy in NJPW, but I can see the other side. A surprise debut opponent has good chances of getting a win in any match, and ZSJ is one of those guys who can eat a loss against almost anyone without losing too much face. However ZSJ vs Danielson is surely in the future, and it's harder to build to such a match when you have ZSJ losing to a lesser member of Blackpool Comba Club. Unless Danielson intereferes, but that's not how BCC rolls.

Yeah there's no point to a future match if the guy can't beat a "pick your poison" scrub.

AEW is the real strong style brother!

I'm pretty cold on Hiromu these days but I can't deny that him teaming with Darby and Sting has a lot of appeal. He has that wild X-Factor that Darby also shares. Without Hiromu, it doesn't really feel like Shingo Takagi belongs in that team. Hiromu is the connective tissue. Will still be a fine match but that's a disappointing loss.

WhatCulture Wrestling sums up my main problem with the show starting around the 3:30 mark. My cousin wants me to be his co-booker if he ever stated his own promotion. (H)

As much as Hiromu has been meh this year, he’s exactly the kind of guy NJPW has that would be huge in the US. His personality transcends the language barrier and I could see North American fans that don’t know who he is absolutely loving him. Teaming with Sting & Darby was just a bonus.

Dude walking out with his BOSJ trophy and Daryl with Sting paint on would have been the highlight of the Buy-In.

Hiromu really should bring back Daryl.

Am cold on most of this PPV, but will tune in to see Orange and Will, and ZSJ, and just hope the rest of the card exceeds my expectations.  

That said, the injuries are allowing other people to step up from both feds, so be curious to see who takes the shot and REALLY runs with it to try to steal this show.  Will and Orange are my easy pick to steal the show given both are willing to try really crazy shit to innovate.  And Fire Ant is just the perfectly compliment to Will's style.  

Rumors are Khan finally got in touch with Jefferson Starship;s people to get Cassidy Jane for entrance theme.

Post show scrum tonight is set for 12:30, so expect a long show. Likely will be another 4 to 4 and a half hour show.

Takahashi is now out with a fever. So now the Dudes With Attitudes will be one short for their 8-man tag.

Rename it to Card Subject to Change. New Japan is just ghosting at this point.

PAC has been on a tear lately and deserves a title win sooner rather than later. I think he steals it by pinning Connors, leaving Miro and Black shook.

It’s a tough match to predict for sure. Any of the 3 could win and they all deserve to. Hell even Connors would be an interesting first champ although that won’t happen. He’s still not very well known outside of Strong. That will change tonight though, he’s got a great look and can go.
