Nope you didn't miss anything. Page just randomly start saying that about Punk. May have something to do with the Elite not being the most over act in All Elite Wrestling.

He’s angry CM Punk is there and part of him thinks he has to win to protect AEW from what he knows Punk is deep down inside: a snake that only cares about himself. Past few weeks has just been Page with a chip on his shoulder and Punk playing nice guy wondering what his problem was. But Page knows what kind of person Punk really is and just wasn’t saying the quiet part loud.
