So Nintendo aired a mini Nintendo Direct today, for third party games, I've yet to watch it, just waiting for my lunch break.

Anyways, Blindy, Big Pete, System, @ness and anyone else who may or may not have watched it, what did you guys think? Where there any game announcements that caught your interest?

Sitting my ass down to watch this now, hopefully it'll be good and full of games that have my interest.

- A sequel to Super Bomberman R ? Yes please, I enjoyed the hell out of the first game. It was a pretty good launch title for the Switch, so I'm down for more Bomberman fun.

- New Pac-Man game doesn't look half bad, I might get it, even if it's something the kids only play.

- Sparks of Hope launches on Switch, in October 20th

- Little Noah looks like it could be good, plus it launches later today, so that's good I guess.

- More Sonic Frontier info, honestly hope the game will be good. I guess only time will tell though.

- Three new games announced that caught my interest, as well as more info on two other games that I was already considering buying.

Keen for Sonic Frontiers, I really enjoyed Sonic Forces

My quick takeaways from this Nintendo Direct are

1) Persona games are coming to the Nintendo Switch. Persona 3, Persona 4 and Persona 5, as you'd expect. Not a shocker but good confirmation nevertheless. This just means Persona 6 will be a thing, more exposure to these games is great. 

2) We talked about it in the gamer pub but that Monster Rancher Kaiju game is pretty weird but has potential if done correct.

3) Mega Man Battle Network collection is the biggest takeaway for me here. The new Bomberman game might be cool, still need to play the 1st one but the Mega Man Battle Network news is great. Never got to play them despite having a Game Boy Advance, had heard so many good things about the games. A lot of meat on this collection too! Curious as to why this wasn't announced by Capcom on their showcase 2 weeks ago. 

4) The Pac Man World game is a remaster of the old PS1 game, very hard but pretty solid platformer. Depending on price, might bite on it.

I guess that explains the name of the game (Pac-Man World Re-Pac). Although it'll be new to me, so I'm still looking forward to it.
