His Hall of Pain run is up there with Bradshaw turning into JBL as the most remarkable transformations by guys who I couldn't stand suddenly becoming awesome. He had an absolutely fantastic series/chemistry with Rey Mysterio that I'll always remember.
And of course his fake retirement speech, one of the absolute best segments.

Like Samson the strength was in his hair once he cut that he was all but retired by then. Really wish Cena wasn't booked so strong back then because he should have won the WWE title after that great retirement speech.
