God damn go Jacksonville!
It's incredible how so many coaches and coordinators don't realize how much easier it makes life on your quarterback when you pass on early downs. Pittsburgh was caught totally off guard by how Jacksonville scripted their first drive and Bortles looked sharp.
Game over for Pittsburgh. See ya next year boys.

Go Fournette and the Jags!
I am nervous about the Saints game today because of how good the Vikes defense can be but I'm not as nervous as last week's game. Was there live to witness the Saints complete the sweep of the Panthers. First ever playoff experience is one I will never forget. I hope today the dream doesn't end. This Saints season has been special.
FOURNETTE!

Bell isn't going to be able to keep doing his hesitation shit this game if he wants to be successful. The Jaguars are too fast , aggressive and athletic. He's got to hit the hole hard , it's the only way he's been successful.

Worst performance of any D-line in any single quarter all year.
45 to go though.

The Jags are going to be a tough out with the defense playing as well as they have. All Bortles has to do is just play the role of Trent Dilfer 2000.
It's going to take someone like Rob Gronkowski to cause a mismatch for the defense to put them to the test.

That Steeler D-Line is like Swiss Cheese. Even Bortles is getting in on the run game.

Steelers couldn't have started this game off any worse than they have. Complete domination from the Jags.

It's going to take someone like Rob Gronkowski to cause a mismatch for the defense to put them to the test. I don't even think they have to be THAT scared of Gronk. No one will shut him down but Ramsey is a big body who played some safety , Miles Jack has already shown this game how athletic he is and Telvin Smith is athletic as well. They should probably be more afraid of Amendola out of the slot. There's a lot of football reasons why the Jaguars are crushing Pittsburgh , but they also seem to just want it more. They are playing their asses off while half of Pittsburgh just seems lethargic. If I didn't know any better , I'd swear Jaguars were the home team.

Well all i have heard last week from Steelers players is Pats talk. Dudes think this Jags game is a given victory for them and it shows.

Seems now like a lot of those close victories in the second half of the season were papering over the cracks for Pittsburgh.

Wow. 21-0. Who'd to thought the Jags would be up this much in the 2nd? I thought they would beat Pittsburgh but thought it would be more like 17-6 , dominating defensive performances but Bortles struggles on the road in the playoffs. I was half right but Bortles is playing really smart right now and Fournette is dominating the ground game.

Drafting Fournette was the best thing the Jags could have done. It gave the offense an identity and someone they can rely on and get the ball out of Bortles hands. I remember UT labeling Fournette a bust and hailing McCaffery at the time of the draft which I can understand. McCaffery was explosive in college and showed he can be a duel threat back. Hell, he even torched the Saints on a couple of pass plays this season. But McCaffery hasn't shown much in the run game this year and while he had 80 catches, I think that had more to do with Carolina not having weapons and Cam throwing a lot of checkdowns. I would be wrong. As long as Fournette can stay healthy (and that's a big if), he can be their franchise player.

Antonio Brown is still the best wide receiver in the NFL.
He did get away with holding Bouye's arm on that play though.

I would be wrong. As long as Fournette can stay healthy (and that's a big if), he can be their franchise player. I think situations ended up helping both players a lot , not that McCaffery would of been better in Jacksonville but the Panthers were inept in the way they used him at times. Fournette has surprised me and exceeded expectations but he also become a feature back for a team that had no interest in throwing the football - I also think Jacksonville's line is better. All that is too make excuses but I would have loved to see McCaffery in Kimara's role , or with the Packers or a team that could of better utilized him. Sucks to see Fournette go down , really changes the complexion of this game. Not even just the running game but Jacksonville's entire offense was running through play action and that isn't nearly the same with Yeldon in the backfield as opposed to Fournette. Pittsburgh is going to be able to dictate to them more on defense now and that isn't a good thing for Bortles. Hopefully their defense can stay strong. Also these announcers are fucking nauseating. Just do a tiny bit of homework , give the slightest inkling you have watched or followed football in the last 5 years FUCKING PLEASE stop acting like a drunk local who wanders into a sports bar and has half assed opinions on a team he hasn't seen play in a decade.
