I'm curious to see what Reigns does with Logan Paul. Logan so far has had it relatively easy following the exact same blueprint that Bad Bunny was on and while he's nailed it you can't keep having these indie-riffic spot-fests and get away with it. As we saw with Shane, eventually the fans get sick of it and since he's in the ring with Roman who takes care of how he's portrayed I expect to see more selling and more drama. Either it'll be a crowning jewel for both men or a car crash.
Brock/Bobby kind of got spoiled at the Rumble as this was one of those dream matches fans have wanted basically since 2005 but hopefully they deliver. I thought Bobby/Goldberg stole the show last year and I hope they have their working boots on instead of mailing in a five minute match.
If I had to put my money on it, I'd put Bianca/Bayley down for the MotN. The way this has been building you get the sense that it's been for this occasion and they'll get every opportunity to go all out and steal the show. A good challenge for both women and like Roman/Logan I'm curious to see how it pans out.
In other circles, it seems like the OC/Judgement Day match has been the most discussed largely due to Karl Anderson being the NEVER Openweight Champion of NJPW who originally booked him for the same date. It's been a really controversial move by the WWE and while I can understand HHH wanting to re-sign them after the fall-out in 2020 the timing was pretty unprofessional. It's set a negative tone so they really need to go out there and have a fun match which I can't recall saying about the Club in eons.

8 Matches seems like a lot. I feel like every since Summer Slam, they've stuck around 6 matches (am I wrong about that?) That's right, I wonder if that's a part of their agreement to bring over a certain amount of talent. Either way I think they'll generally keep match times down like they have done on previous Saudi shows.

Why can't an eccentric Japanese Billionare demand his own WWE show and they fill the Tokyo Dome instead? That way, we might actually get a show anyone cares about.

Paul wants to be a face so I assume Roman beats the ever living shit out of him. Works well since Reigns can go old school and Paul would just need to sell. Or they could do it the hard way, and just have Roman lay into him legit, tearing him up with chops and stretching him Stu Hart style. I think Paul comes through here. He will not have to do that much to look good. I do hope Lashley and Brock work. Just a great matchup before the two big guys.

Simple formula, Paul withstands a fury of offense from Reigns with some offence to keep him alive.. sells the brutality of 260lb Samoan beating you down, then hulks up, get's some shine in and likely a go-for-broke high spot and then gets his bitch-ass snuffed out with a chokehold as Reigns talks trash to the camera. That way Paul never gets pinned or submitted.

Also Paul is planning to be there for a while, so he will put in the time to learn to work most likely. He really wants to be a top face, and to that, and be taken seriously, he will need to work. Arquette showed there is no other way to gain respect than being able to really work.

That way Paul never gets pinned or submitted. Oh he can get absolutely destroyed right now and not take a hit really. He is fighting the guy that no one can take down. He loses to him, he is on par with the rest of the top guys in WWE. From here he will have to fight back though. I think if they go for a finish, they do a ref stoppage. Ref kills the match because Paul is too outclassed and not fighting back. Reigns could choke him but that is a lame ending. Reigns just beating him so savagely the ref stops the match for Paul's own health is a much better ending. Then Roman can beat him some more afterwards. Can't really beat on a guy sleeping post match.

I’m sure I saw in an article that UK times showed it starting at 5, but the main event after 8 so looks possible?

That’s interesting! Also gives Bianca something high profile outside the title picture, she’s been in it solid since 2021.

The latest Saudi press conference: Jake Paul will be in Logan's corner (thanks for dressing up Jake)
These guys are better WWE Superstars than some guys 10 years in the business.

Nothing happens at these events so we will make a switch on Raw and then just reset that Raw on the show.

I just noticed that the Women's Tag Title match was relegated down to the preshow. And that Damage CTRL won.
What the hell was the point of that RAW title change, then?

But it also gives Asuka and Alexa some cache instead of them just doing jobs. It got all four women a spot they otherwise wouldn't have had on the show.

It wasn’t on pre show?
LWS was hella creative. Think a lot of credit to Bayley, she always gets super creative in the big matches. The Female Game.

I also really liked Logan’s Buckshot Lariat. That’s how Hangman used to hit it back in the day, before a decade of wrestling slowed him down a bit. Took me back to his NJPW/ROH days when I was like “this kid is gonna blow up.”

Imagine spending 10 years in wrestling, only for Logan Paul to decide he's now a wrestler, and in 6 months he proves he's better than 75% of the guys working for both WWE and AEW.
