Sounds like one I’ll need to watch the highlights on. Missed the second half, got out of a show in time to catch the last Titans drive in OT. I hope the all-22 shows really good coverage on those two sacks because Willis had so much room.

A fun day of football! Jets were fantastic in their win over the Bills, their defence has really come on very strongly recently, Sauce has been a complete game changer for them. Everyone overlooked Josh Allen going sideways during the Packers game because they had already built up a big lead there, but he looked the same again today, uncharacteristically misreading coverages and shorthopping balls. Jets offensive line deserves a lot of credit too, on the winning FG drive you could tell they were desperate not to put the ball in Wilson’s hands, and they were able to keep moving the chains running the ball because of their blocking. The Carter/Robinson tandem looks like it has more than enough juice to cover for Breece Hall.
Rams/Bucs was a terrible game with both teams continuing to really struggle, but it was nice to see a bit of Brady magic again after his recent struggles (who would have ever thought we’d be feeling sorry for him). Who knows what the Rams were thinking on defence playing ridiculously soft coverage and allowing Brady just to dink it down the field. Every one on the field excluding Brady and Kupp should be ashamed of their effort today.
If the Bucs tanked their game, then Tennessee certainly one upped them with that second half performance for the ages. I have rarely seen a team sabotage themselves as badly as that, benching Henry with the lead knowing Willis’s limitation was completely illogical. Chiefs caught a big break from the refs with that ridiculous 2PC sequence, and apart from a couple of typical Mahomes magic plays, weren’t especially impressive. It is bizarre that they are still struggling to run the ball with any type of consistency regardless how much they rotate guys through the backfield. I think if Tennessee were able to have just a steady performance from Tannehill tonight they would have won this game fairly easily on the back of their defensive performance. Willis is clearly too raw to play in the NFL, although I'm not sure what he was supposed to do on 3rd and 20 when all three of his receivers are blocking deep downfield instead of actually running routes.

Honestly, I would fire the Titans coach for that alone. Pure idiocy.

The Carter/Robinson tandem looks like it has more than enough juice to cover for Breece Hall. In fairness, Zach Wilson hit Denzel Mims on 3rd down which made the Bills burn all of their timeouts which made the final Josh Allen drive even tougher, especially once Bryce Huff strip sacked him and made it 3rd & 4th and long. Again I ask the Jet coaching staff why it took 3 games for Bryce Huff to get in this rotation, he's by far the most talented pass rusher on this team. He might not be better than some guys as a run stopper but as someone to beat the breaks off an OT from the snap? He brings the best juice. Jets are 5-1 with Zach Wilson there but they are also 5-1 with Bryce Huff in the rotation. Just because he was a UDFA from another coaching staff does not mean he can't go and play. Also Quinnen Williams is about to get a healthy 22-25 mill per year payday. Bradley Chubb just got a massive amount of cash by Miami, Quinnen Williams is about to cash in. The Jet OLine deserves their roses though. Duane Brown-Laken Tomlinson-Connor McGovern-Nate Herbig-Cedric Ogbuehi 4/5 are players that weren't even Jets last year! The right side are starting because Alijah Vera Tucker and George Fant/Max Mitchell are gone! THANK YOU PHILADELPHIA for letting Nate Herbig go and doing right by him, he is going to make a good amount of money the way he is playing. Been a mauler on run protection.

The Colts have enough they fired Frank Reich Jeff Saturday coming out of the ESPN gameday booth to take over as the interim HC is the biggest takeaway here, absolute looney. Dude has zero actual coaching experience outside of his player days maybe.

Sucks for IND that they got such a late start on TANK WARS 2022, think Houston has already boxed them out of the top QB prize.

I don’t understand why Indy is tanking. They’re a game and a half back of the division.

They're clearly not remotely contenders anymore though, it's time to blow it up. I think Ballard will probably follow Reich out of the door at the end of the season, between them they totally blew the QB situation thinking they could recreate the Phil Rivers situation. Imagine what a different position they could be in now had they agreed on either Hurts or Fields.
Frank Reich is still a good coach though and almost certainly will be some team's OC next season.
Jeff Saturday though? What is it with these AFC South teams and their obsession with coaches with no experience? Houston have been desperate to hire Josh McCown for a few years now.

Once Jon Taylor left the building, so did their hopes. Now you watch Indy for Alec Pierce(Who deserves a better QB) and some portions of their front 7 on defense. Quentin Nelson maybe too if you are a OLine lover.
Ballard can draft pretty good and mostly can trade, it's just too bad he sucks at the free agent signings. Still, for him to almost recoup what he gave for Carson Wentz from the Commanders was pretty good. He also robbed old Jets GM Mike McCagnnan big time prior to the 2018 NFL Draft.

Josh Allen maybe having a UCL injury is just crazy. Of course he and Breece Hall, a rookie back go down before my trio of Barkley/CMAC/Kamara.
Losing Josh Allen is big for my keeper league side, would ruin my chances honestly. But that is a massive blow to Buffalo if he has to miss some amount of time.

He played 60% of their snaps for the game, and 1/3 of their plays in the second half were runs that he averaged around 3 ypc on. I guess I get you expect more carries when you have a bad QB, but they just didn’t have many plays, especially in the second half. The running thing isn’t mysterious, they seem to be okay against bad running defenses and bad against good ones. And because they have Mahomes (and the backs they have) they rarely just run downhill through their lines best players, they go out wide and start from shotgun, etc. Totally get the Tannehill thing, and would’ve preferred to have him in the game so that that isn’t a story.

I know we have a Monday Night Football game but honestly, this Colts press conference is sounding like an absolute trainwreck of all trainwrecks. Sorry @jtj. Jim Irsay is an absolute goldmine.
Have to watch this asap. He called Jeff Saturday the next Don Shula and is glad he has zero NFL coaching experience. We haven't had a glorious press conference since the Adam Gase bomb but this might have topped it.
I might just watch it over the game right now, this sounds amazing.

A very professional performance by the Ravens tonight, they are a better team than the Saints and absolutely showed it. Baltimore is probably the only team in the league that is definitely better than their record suggests. They have a light schedule over the next month and should be able to stack some wins while hopefully getting some players back from injury. Justin Houston was absolutely unreal tonight, he's still producing at an really high level (and for a mere fraction of Von Miller's contract). The main issue is that their roster building has compiled their elite players in the least important positions. Having a good guard, running back and defensive tackle is nice and all, but the NFL is won at QB, WR, EDGE and CB. I’m confused about the Henry bit, did they say that on the broadcast or something? I haven’t really seen it anywhere. He played 60% of their snaps for the game, and 1/3 of their plays in the second half were runs that he averaged around 3 ypc on. None of his last 10 plays resulted in positive yards.

Rumours afoot that Josh Allen is going to miss 3 games. Word is he sprained his UCL in his elbow.
There’s also rumours that it’s a “manageable” injury and he might not miss any games, but I think that’s wishful thinking. Nobody in the organization seems to be trying to quell the first rumour and we won’t hear from McDermott until tomorrow.
Fortunately their schedule is pretty easy and Allen’s return game would be against NE. But our O line fucking sucks lately and we still have injuries on defence.
This could be really bad. Like Buffalo falling to 6-5 bad. 7-4 even sucks the way Miami and NY are playing.
Part of me wonders if Allen was already playing through an injury and that hit made it unable to ignore. He’s been throwing like ass since the bye. Accuracy is way off and he’s made weird decisions.

Even if the lose the division they have the talent to win three games on the road to get to the Super Bowl as long as Allen is healthy enough to be there, and it helps he’d be back in time for three divisional games that they really need since they’re 1-2 in the Division with only a half-game lead and a loss to both teams behind them.

Sounding like Allen can play through the injury. I expect a lot more running and short passes, which is totally fine because that's the Bills bread and butter on offence.

I really hope Josh Allen chills out with these head first diving runs he often does, especially in the middle of the field. You can't keep challenging linebackers all because you have the size advantage. I know that goes against every fiber in his body to not want to take off and run and truck over defenders but he has to do it for the betterment of the team.

Allen is day to day and it’s still up in the air if he plays Sunday. Worst case scenario he sits and they lose to Minny. I’ll take it all things considered.
Keenum/Diggs revenge game let’s do it!!
