Bowens vs Swerve is an incredible match on paper. Two of the best guys AEW has that have not really been showcased well as singles competitors.

AR Fox is FCW guy. They did not filter him up, and he did a bunch of work in CZW, Dragon's Gate and Evolve. He was also Dante Fox in Lucha Underground.
He is from the land of Cupcake wrestling in CT.
Very good chance this is a tryout for him to be signed. He is friends with Swerve, and a great wrestler.
