Yeah I don't think there is a coach whose reputation has tanked more than Leftwich this season, he seemed like a real up and coming play caller but has been exposed terribly this season. Tonight was the second time the Bucs have looked awful all night only to pull off a great comeback in the final minutes because Brady takes things into his own hands.

You could have framed that as a great tank job for the Saints, except they don't have their draft pick. :lol: Mark Ingram made a terrible error going out of bounds with about 6 minutes to play, he could have kept the clock running and picked up the first down, and then they decided to pass instead of run on the resulting 3rd and 1 stopping the clock again. Just terrible game management.

Makes a lot of sense really, the Rams need bodies and they have no incentive to tank, so they might as well kick the tyres on Mayfield and see what he can do for the remainder of the season, especially with Stafford's future up in the air. He was obviously terrible in Carolina but McVay might be able to salvage something from him. This will be Baker's last chance before he's relegated to backup duty so he should be motivated.

His 1st round picks of Caleb Farley & Isaiah Wilson were pretty bad too, seems like he misfires that round but is pretty good from rounds 2 onward. The Malik Willis pick could be a real boon if he can at all develop into being the future of the franchise although who knows what direction TEN goes now at this point.

Too much money he'd be throwing away if so, Buffalo probably knew Von Miller would breakdown at some point during the duration of this deal. Just didn't think it would happen in year 1. Given his age, this will eat into a chunk of year 2. 

I think if any big name defensive player retires after this season it’s Aaron Donald. This Rams teams going to go down the crapper like the last Rams team did after winning the Super Bowl.
