In the newest Call of Duty there’s a term people use called “CoD Timing” which refers to things happening at the worst possible time.

Have a challenge where you have to kill 3 people without dying?
Can guarantee after your 2 kills someone will be around the corner you’re walking through to end your streak.

Same goes with reloading, seems no matter how secluded a spot you find to reload you’ll get get. Though as they’ve warned us all since the beginning “switching to your pistol is faster than reloading”

This also applies to other games, so what example of bad timing have you had?

Fighting a difficult boss and your dog bumps the controller out of the hand? Lose connection in a game you were dominating in? Etc

Game glitching out/freezing and then quitting always happens when I’ve gone really well in a difficult trial/mission of a game.
DLC for Remanent From The Ashes, it’s a survival mode and I was attempting to get the trophies - beat 10 bosses in a row. You start with nothing as you progress you begin to unlock different things but it’s all random. Had an excellent start with beginner items and it just kept getting better. Just beat the 7th boss which is the furthest I got into it.

The game started glitching out majorly, and ended up crashing midway through the 8th boss level.

Have tried so many times, even with help from friends and the furthest we’ve managed since then is 4 🥲 never gonna get this damn trophy!
