I've seen enough to say that Purdy is a legitimate upgrade on Jimmy G. 49ers are absolutely punting from the return line with Garoppolo at QB there.

This felt like it was over about an hour ago but in typical 2022 fashion all of a sudden we have a game!

Seattle should have gone for 2 there, bizarre that NFL coaches still can't get this right.

Trent Williams alone would make 49ers games worth watching. Some of the blocks he makes are just incredible, the speed he got up to the second level with to take out the linebacker a guy of his size simply shouldn't have. Saw him do a little individual celebration in the victory formation afterwards that I loved.

I would have kicked the XP there just from a momentum standpoint. You still need 15 points(Or 16 if you are feeling ballsy) but if you miss the 2 point conversion, it's a 9 point/two score game and it makes the task given there was about 3:30 left on the clock nearly impossible.

Dan Campbell scared Mike White into submission with the potential biting of the kneecaps, ZACH WILSON is back.

Given the Jets play TNF after this, I would expect Mike White back maybe at best for the next game in Seattle.

This opinion comes up all the time in this situation. You have to make the 2 pointer at some stage, it's better to know the situation earlier rather than leave it to the end when if you miss it, the game is over. It's about winning, not staying close longer.

It's about extending the game, you take the better shot at getting the points. I feel like the 2 point convo works if you are able to muster 2 TDs because your doing the 2 pt convo on a deflated defense or a tired defense via the 2 minute drill.

Like I said, it is about winning the game, and you have more chance of winning if you miss the 2 pointer with 4 minutes remaining than with 1.

And I don't hate Zach Wilson, he's just clearly an inferior QB than White. Losing this game drops the Jets playoff chances from 30% to 20% so it would be a big blow, and I'd certainly prefer to see them in over the Patriots for example.
