Neither of these though declined to state that a deal with the Saudis was being negotiated.  Until that intent to buy paperwork is filed, WWE cannot comment on this as it would be market manipulation.  Which is ultimately why Musk had to commit to buying Twitter.  They simply are denying WWE was already sold.

It is really weird that like 6 months ago we went over in the news everything it takes to sell a company this size, and people like now utterly forgot.  

Everything is still lining up though that a sale is incoming and very soon.  3 people removed from the board, two more quitting, JP Morgan being brought in to handle a sale in the near future and Vince returning as CEO which will trigger lawsuits, but also make dealing with certain groups who admire him, like the Saudis, much easier.  

Being reported now that Khan met with Disney CEO & ESPN President to try to sell WWE.

Likely they will do some fuckery with ESPN to make it more worth while.  Future is less offered to cable and more gated on a network.  Gating sports will def give people reason to cough up cash.

Assuming Disney/ESPN buys WWE I think WWE content is going to be shown more on ESPN+ than Disney+ if anything probably RAW potentially move to ESPN or Smackdown.
