I think of it as, this is Championship Fight Night, so all the title matches will be bundled together, and put at the end of the show.

I think it's fairly standard practice when the show is over, or during commercial breaks. Fans applaud the wrestlers for entertaining them as they make their way to the back.

But yeah, it's almost never televised unless it's a mistake.
