The way things are now, I'd never get a tattoo of a singer/actor/character or well anybody really. If it turns out they end up being a serial rapist of children, your really stuck with an awkward tat. haha. Buuuuuuuuuut i'm sure mr. Manson is fine.
Well this didn’t age well
I know I made a thread about the allegations but I can’t find it
This is the situation I’m in, thankfully it’s on my upper arm so you only see if it I’m wrestling or swimming etc.
disappointing yet not surprising that a #IStandWithManson trend came out from his hardcore fans the second this surfaced.

In 2021, multiple women accused Marilyn Manson of sexual and other types of abuse.
Actress Evan Rachel Wood, a former fiancée of the rock singer, led the public charge against the musician whose real name is Brian Warner. Subsequently, the singer known for his shock-rock persona as well as his music faced lawsuits from some accusers.
In February 2021, when Wood banded with at least four other women to publicize their accusations simultaneously, Manson released a statement refuting them.
"My art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality," the musician said. "My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth."
Wood claimed Manson "started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander or blackmail. I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him before he ruins any more lives."
She added, "I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent." Those accusers each have a story that mirrors Wood's in some way. In 2022, Manson sued Wood for fraud and conspiracy.

TIMELINE OF ABUSE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST MARILYN MANSON
After actress Evan Rachel Wood first publicly accused rock singer Marilyn Manson of sexual abuse in February 2021, similar allegations by others against the musician also surfaced. Below is a timeline of those accusations, beginning with Wood's 2018 testimony that disclosed her alleged abuse but had yet to name an abuser. Manson denied the allegations. He subsequently sued Wood for fraud and conspiracy in March 2022.

Evan Rachel Wood, a former fiancée of Marilyn Manson who dated the musician from 2006–2010, joined other activists in testifying before the U.S. Congress during a hearing of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security and Investigations in Washington, D.C.
To help promote the implementation of the 2016 Sexual Assault Survivors' Bill of Rights Act in all 50 states, Wood described horrific experiences of sexual assault and torture she said she had suffered from a "man that claimed to love" her, as well from another attacker. She did not identify the alleged abusers.
Over a year before the hearing, Wood said she endured "physical, psychological [and] sexual" abuse in a 2016 interview with Rolling Stone, later emailing a clarification to the magazine to assert that she had been raped by a "significant other while [they] were together."
Wood again testified, this time to the California Senate Public Safety Committee, to help pass the Phoenix Act, her own bill that extends the amount of time domestic violence survivors can press charges against their abusers in the state. The Phoenix Act is also the name of Wood's organization that advocates for abuse survivors, according to LinkedIn.
The actress again described assault and torture she said she experienced in a relationship with a man, similarly leaving the alleged abuser's identity a secret.
Metal Hammer reported that Manson hung up the phone when it mentioned Wood's name to him in an interview. The musician's team issued a response the next day, maintaining Manson's openness on the issue by pointing to his past comments regarding the #MeToo movement in general and the abuse allegations against disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein made by another of Manson's ex-fiancées, actress Rose McGowan, in particular.
Wood publicly named Manson as her alleged abuser. Simultaneously, at least four other women — Sarah McNeilly, Ashley Morgan Smithline (AKA Ashley Lindsay Morgan), Ashley Walters and a woman named Gabriella — joined Wood by each sharing their own separate accusations against the musician.
A former personal assistant for Manson supported Wood's allegations. The musician's record label and talent agent dropped him.
Later that day, Manson refuted the accusations in a statement. It read, "Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality. My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth."
As the allegations got attention, Manson lost planned TV roles. A senator called for an investigation. Many previously associated with the musician began speaking out, including McGowan, Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor, Limp Bizkit's Wes Borland, Sharon Osbourne, Dita Von Teese (Manson's ex-wife) and a stylist who accused the singer of putting a gun to her head.
The Los Angeles Police Department conducted a wellness check on Manson at the behest of an unidentified party. Police said Manson was safe in his home, although he apparently declined to come outside to meet them.
Heavy metal singer Otep Shamaya accused Manson of abusing his current wife, Lindsay Usich, whom Manson married in 2020. Artist manager Tony Ciulla, who worked with Manson for over 25 years, cut ties with the musician.
Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco accused Manson of sexual abuse. She alleged instances of assault and torture at the hands of the musician.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department started investigating the allegations against Manson. The following week, another Manson accuser, Bianca Allaine, said she would be speaking to the FBI about the musician.
Reports surfaced that Bianco had sued Manson for sexual assault. In response, Manson issued a statement through his lawyer claiming her accusations were "provably false."
Smithline, one of the Manson accusers who joined Wood in publicizing their allegations in February 2021, spoke to People magazine about her claims. She said she "survived a monster."
A report accused Manson and Usich of attempting to silence the creators of an Instagram account allegedly dedicated to publicizing claims of abuse against the musician.
Ashley Walters, one of the Manson accusers who joined Wood in publicizing their allegations in February 2021, filed a lawsuit against the musician for sexual assault and harassment.

A report said Manson had a warrant out for his arrest in New Hampshire, stemming from a 2019 incident in which the musician allegedly spat on a videographer during a performance there. According to the police department in Gilford, N.H., Manson faced two counts of simple misdemeanor assault.
Manson reportedly agreed to turn himself in on the New Hampshire warrant. He did so on July 3. The musician was booked at Gilford Police Department and released on his own recognizance.
Manson's lawyer filed court documents seeking to dismiss Bianco's suit, the attorney arguing that her and other accusers were "desperately trying to conflate the imagery and artistry of [Manson]'s 'shock rock' stage persona … with fabricated accounts of abuse."

Manson pleaded not guilty in the New Hampshire assault case. An attorney for the musician argued that the videographer who made the complaint consented to fluid exposure.
In California, a judge dismissed a sexual assault lawsuit brought against Manson due to the statute of limitations. The anonymous accuser who filed the suit, identified only as Jane Doe, refiled it with additions.

At the 2022 Sundance Film Festival, Wood premiered a documentary about her activism called Phoenix Rising that serves as an expose on her allegations against Manson.
In the movie, Wood says she was "essentially raped on camera" when she co-starred alongside Manson in the music video for his 2007 song "Heart-Shaped Glasses." The music video begins with a scene of the pair, who were then dating, kissing and engaging in an act of theatrical sex, which was presumed to be simulated.
However, when "the cameras were rolling, he started penetrating me for real," Wood alleges. "I had never agreed to that." Manson refuted the claim.

Manson sued Wood and Phoenix Act art director Illma Gore for defamation, sharing the full text of the lawsuit that claims the two formed a conspiracy against him. In an accompanying statement, the musician said, "There will come a time when I can share more about the events of the past year. Until then, I'm going to let the facts speak for themselves."

A little more than a year after Evan Rachel Wood accused her former fiancé, Marilyn Manson, of sexual abuse, the musician is suing her for defamation, emotional distress, and “impersonation over the internet,” among other charges.
In a complaint filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court Wednesday, Manson — whose real name is Brian Warner — accuses the actress and friend Illma Gore of casting Warner “as a rapist and abuser — a malicious falsehood that has derailed Warner’s successful music, TV, and film career.” It goes on to describe “a conspiracy” the two women allegedly concocted to take Warner down.
Wood and Gore both appear at the center of Phoenix Rising, a documentary slated to premiere on HBO on March 15. The film, directed by Amy Berg, chronicles Wood’s accusations against Warner, beginning with how they met when she was a teenager up through her decision to name him as her alleged abuser publicly. (A source close to the documentary confirmed to Rolling Stone that Warner’s lawsuit will not affect the airdate or content of the two-part film.)
Warner’s lawsuit claims Wood and Gore impersonated an FBI agent to give the appearance that a federal investigation into Warner’s alleged crimes was ongoing. They allegedly sent letters from this agent to women who would later make public allegations against Warner to suggest that they were in danger. Warner also claims that Wood and Gore “provided checklists and scripts to prospective accusers, listing the specific alleged acts of abuse that they should claim against Warner” and that they made false statements to these women “including the defamatory claim that Warner filmed the sexual assault of a minor.”
The suit also claims that Gore attempted to obtain Warner’s login information and hacked into his computer, phone, and email. She allegedly created a fake email account to claim Warner was sending people pornography and that she “swatted” Warner (sending police to look into the artist under a false pretense) after Wood came forward with her allegations.
