The accusations were made 3 years ago, if there were any grounds for termination, he would have been fired back then along with all the other guys who WWE had the slightest hint of concern about.

Johnny & Candice, Pretty Deadly among people with odd changes to their entrance music. I find it very strange. Sight changes that didn't need to be made. Dreadful downgrades.

The new ' male ' version of Johnny's song is terrible.

It's also odd because it's not like they are covers from mainstream bands that are exterior projects. If it's not broken, don't fix it.

I saw something a few days ago. Damage CTRL, Chelsea/Sonya, Ronda/Shayna, and Raquel with a partner of her choosing.

Trish's promos stink. Her reasoning, disposition & the way she's conveying her beef with Beckey is not landing well with me. She's not angry enough.

I'm kinda disappointed in Shotzi being Raquel's partner, I was kinda hoping to see Aliyah brought back for this (as she held tag team gold with Raquel in the past).

I'm not sure that Zoey has the charisma to be able to take this chance and establish herself as a big time player, but I love that Trish is sticking around to try. It reminds me of what they wanted to do years ago when Beth Phoenix debuted during Trish's program with Mickie.

The new World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins is the first to celebrate. He may be the champion but I still don't like the guy much. He talks in his irritating way, leans on that crutch of the fans singing his dumb music, and thankfully here comes AJ Styles. The first words out of his mouth: "I'm supposed to be on Smackdown, I get it, but I couldn't resist coming here." Basically saying Screw the rules, I have money! Fuck the draft, I'm AJ Styles! There's MUCH RESPECK then the Judgment Day come out and don't show ANY RESPECK and Teddy Long comes out and makes a tag team match. Great.

Out comes Trish Stratus, who hasn't bothered to change from her Saudi Arabia jumpsuit. She cuts a decent promo, then introduces Zoey Stark. This is a great way to bring a new talent into the fold. Full marks on that booking. Stark cuts a decent promo, here comes Becky Lynch, who also hasn't changed clothes since Saturday. She charges, loses the fight because it's two on one, and that's that. I was expecting Lita to make the save but I guess they're building it up a bit more.

Raw's newest tag team, the newest and shiniest in a long line of big guy tag teams who have done nothing, such as War Raiders and Authors of Pain. What makes this team stand out is they are Indian, and they have Jinder Mahal with them, whose new gimmick is to look serious and unimpressed at all times. Indian War Raiders win in seconds, and in those seconds we got at least three shots of Jinder Mahal looking serious and unimpressed.

Sami Zayn and Ko come out because it's their turn to celebrate. Sami Zayn gloats at Roman Reigns, then implies he's done talking about Roman before talking about Roman some more. Imperium interrupt before Sami can stop talking about Roman. We get a pretty entertaining promo where Ko calls out the bald guy in Imperium who never speaks. Imperium are interrupted by American Alpha.

Let's talk about American Alpha. I've seen glimpses of them over the past months but mostly skipped their segments. Chad Gable is now a poor man's version of goofy Kurt Angle, with this really dumb "SHOOSH" word (calling it a catchphrase is too generous) that's plastered all over their entrance and shirts. For some reason Otis is in this group, and a lady I've never seen before. Gable says some words, then Ko asks him to say that thing he says. I don't know what he's talking about because Gable already said SHOOSH for a very long time, but instead Gable says "Thank You" in a weird way, end segment.

.... at this point I'm between a third and halfway into the show. Oh boy.

TITLE CHANGE: Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baeszler are new women's tag team champions! Interesting that Raquel's replacement tag team partner took the fall.

Dolph Ziggler still exists and he's wrestling against some guy. I don't know what the match result was, but it doesn't matter. What matters is some guy is trying very hard to make Dolph Ziggler not exist anymore.

Now it's Cody Rhodes' turn to celebrate. Wait, what? He's not a champion. Not only that, he lost! I demand that only winners get mic time on this show. If he doesn't say "I'm going to win the World Heavyweight Championship with a broken freakin' arm" then I'll be disappointed. He does not say that. Instead he explains why a pro-wrestler doesn't tap out, then challenges Brock Lesnar to a match. "Brock Lesnar is not man enough to make me tap out", says Cody. Lesnar's ability to not make you tap out has nothing to do with his manliness or ability, and everything to with your foolish stubbornness. Well, the call out may not be logical, but it is effective. I am still disappointed.

Next up is Shinsuke Nakamura vs JONAH Bronson Reed. Two men with victories over Kazuchika Okada. I didn't watch the match but I assume the commentators didn't bother to bring this up. Nakamura wins.

Bianca loses her women’s title (to pretty much a shock to everyone) to Asuka who sprayed mist in her hands and then used it to take Belair’s eyes. It was crazy creative.

The USOs tries to help Roman but accidentally double super kicked Solo. Roman only saw them kick Solo and didn’t see Sami duck out the way. He got mad at them and started pushing them. Keep in mind they were supposed to stay home. Jimmy got mad and super kicked Roman. Hey was in shock. Jimmy kept telling him I’m your brother not him and we should have done this a long time ago. Then Jimmy super kicked him again and the USOs sucked out and KO/Sami won to retain.

Rhea beat Nattie in like 1.5 minutes.

Seth won the world title in a match that featured him selling a hurt leg really well. He fell trying a curb stomp at one point. It was a good work rate match.

Cody lost to Brock by referee stoppage. This was a solid match. Cody had a kayfabe broke arm and used his cast at least once on Brock. It ended with Brock gettin go that armlock on Cody (I can’t spell it) and Cody passed out. Cody got some good offense and the most surprising part of the match was Brock’s selling.

Ali lost to Gunther in a pretty predictable match.

Trish beat Becky when Zoey Stark came out and helped Trish.

I can’t remember anything else.

It was a pretty good show. I’d rate it somewhere like a 7-7.5. Even if you’re not up in most storylines I’d say watch Seth/AJ since it crowned a new champ, Cody/Brock, Bianca/Asuka (title changes hands in a fun use of mist), and hat ever you do.. do NOT skip out on the main event it’s some of the best drama in wrestling today.

“WWE gave me time off for [Masked Singer] to kind of fully dive into that experience with rehearsals, vocal lessons, and all that stuff. Storyline-wise, I was not on TV anyway, so it really kind of worked out perfectly. [WWE] extended my contract, and so it’s just basically come back when I’m ready. Probably a month after the baby, I’ll start probably getting back into the gym, and getting ready for to see what my in-ring return looks like.”

I love Alexa (I've had these banners since old PW), I would love to see her back next year. At the same time though, having a baby changes one's priorities, (hell I have two step-kids, they changed my priorities), so I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility to see her retire.

At the very least, she's done for the rest of the year, that much is a given.

I'm happy for Bliss but sad in the sense that this could mean that she'll never wrestle again. She always got lost in the shuffle & hasn't done much since the pandemic era, in terms of title runs.

The Mighty KCs have their RAW debut tonight.

And it's against Rousey and Baszler.
