While I doubt they’ll get anything from this lawsuit, some of the pitches are absolutely baffling. Almost seems like a game of who can pitch the most offensive and stupid angle before someone says something.

Maybe if this was 10-20 years ago, sure, you could say he had no other option. But in recent years, countless wrestlers have sat out because they didn't like what creative had for them. What's the worst that can happen? You sit at home and get paid? You get released and immediately get signed somewhere else? And if the WWE tries anything you simply play the race card and bam. You're a hero for life.

Maybe that's wrong of me to suggest since we don't know the entire situation but it's weird they would say he was forced to do that when evidence suggests other wrestlers aren't forced to do anything they don't want to do.
