Roman Reigns vs. The Rock

A match years in the making has finally come to fruition. Roman Reigns has been on top of the world for the better half of a decade. He is one of the longest reigning Heavyweight champions of all-time and arguably the best wrestler on the planet today. But after fighting amongst his family, friends, anyone, and always coming out on top, he is confronted with his distant cousin whom he thought he would never face, The Rock.

The Rock has returned from hiatus and plans to become Heavyweight champ one more time before hanging them up for good. Will Reigns put the last question mark on his resume to bed? Or will The Rock continue to be the true head of the table?

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin vs. "Hangman" Adam Page

The Texas Rattlesnake finally meets The Hangman one-on-one. This is a true match up of old versus new, veteran versus rising star, boomer vs millennial. However in spite of their differences, Steve Austin and Adam Page have quite a lot in common. Both are aggressive brawlers, both refuse to back down from any fight, both will stomp you into the ground then enjoy a cold beer with the fans.

Austin has promised that he is going to regain the Heavyweight title one more time, and plans on defeating his old nemesis The Rock to do it, but the wily and much younger Hangman Page has other plans and may just catch Austin (and the world) by surprise.

Texas Deathmatch
Jon Moxley vs. Harley Race

A match that has been brewing in the shadows of WWW for months is finally happening and may result in one of the bloodiest battles this company has ever seen. Jon Moxley was well on his way to becoming the WWW Heavyweight Champion but ran into an obstacle by the name of Harley Race. Moxley was spouting off to anyone who would listen that he was the baddest of the bad, the toughtest of the tough, and the most violent man in the wrestling business. And for a long time Moxley was backing those words up, beating anyone that dared step up to him and propelling himself on the path to becoming the Heavyweight champ. But Moxley ran his mouth a little to much for Harley Race's liking, and Race decided to take Mox down a peg or two. And that's exactly what Harley Race did.

Since losing to Harley Race, Jon Moxley has become obsessed. Moxley has abandoned all his future ambitions and will stop at nothing to "put Harley Race in the ground." Race tried to move on and be the bigger man, having beaten Moxley and feeling he had nothing left to prove. But Mox wouldn't let it go and things boiled over when Mox cost Race his first round Heavyweight Championship tournament match against Adam Page. Harley race returned the favour when Moxley faced Roman Reigns, and the two brawled through the building until police were called and pulled them apart. Moxley and Race have agreed this needs to end once and for all, and that's exactly what will happen tonight in a Texas Deathmatch.

WWW Tag Team Championship
Edge & Christian (c) vs. FTR

A dream match almost 20 years in the making. Edge & Christian, a tag team that reached unprecedented success over a surprisingly short period of time, have been split up as singles wrestlers, spanning different companies, for the better part of two decades. But behind the scenes the brothers from different mothers have remained close, and the potential for a reunion was always there. And that's exactly what happened in WWW when Edge & Christian reunited and took out every other team in their path to become Tag Team Champions once again.

Enter FTR, the revival of tag team wrestling. A division that peaked in the early 2000's fell by the wayside almost along with Edge & Christian, but has recently become a main event calibre division once again with lots of thanks to Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler. The duo have won multiple championships across the world and are an incarnation of old school tag teams and some of E&C's most hated rivals. The two will finally meet in a match that no one expected to ever happen, and WWW gold is on the line.

WWW Women's Championship
Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Asuka

Two of Japan's most successful female wrestlers are finally going to meet one on one after years of fans begging for another match. The two have not met in singles competition since 2014, back when Asuka (then Kana) was just beginning to become a force to be reckoned with, and Shida had barely scratched the surface of her potential.

Now that these two women have found success around the world and won multiple world titles everywhere they have been, we will finally be getting the match we all deserve. Shida, the reigning women's champ, has defended her title successfully for almost a year, and without any potential challengers, Asuka made a surprise appearance and filled the void. This will be Shida's hardest challenge yet, and those that have already written off her title reign may be in for a surprise.

Women's Championship #1 Contender's Match
Rhea Ripley vs. Kris Statlander

This one hasn't been a dream match for long, but it's definitely at the tippy top of wrestling fans' requests, especially in the women's division.

Rhea Ripley has had several years of success and finds herself as possibly the most dominant woman on the planet today. But she has one more obstacle to clear before she gets her hands on the champ, because Kris Statlander has returned from injury and will face her for a shot at the title. Statlander was next in line when she went down with a brutal leg injury, but now she's back, she's better than ever, and she's more than a woman, as Rhea Ripley is about to find out.

WWW United States Championship
Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Jay White

The American Nightmare has finally tapped into his potential and found his lane. The bleached blond son of a son of a plumber has become one of the most popular babyfaces on the planet and now has the coveted United States title in his grip. Nobody can take that away from him.

Or maybe someone can. The hottest free agent in the world today, "Switchblade" Jay White, has done all he can do in Japan and now wants to see what the rest of the world has to offer. First stop, King Switch has his sights set on Cody, and the official unofficial Bullet Club leader is going to show The American Nightmare why he's bitten off more than he can chew.

Ladder Match for the WWW Television Championship
Finn Balor (c) vs Adam Cole vs Kota Ibushi vs Tetsuya Naito

One of the greatest junior heavyweights to ever walk the Earth is now one of the longest-reigning WWW TV Champs of all-time. He's defeated everyone that has stepped up to him, he's defeated people on five continents, he's retired legends. Finn Balor, the Prince that was Promised, the OG leader of Bullet Club, the Real RockNRolla, has nothing left to prove.

But in recent weeks, Adam Cole (baybay) has been a thorn in his side that he's been unable to pick. Balor has beaten Cole before, but Cole has beaten Balor before, and despite still being champ, Cole won't leave Balor alone.

Meanwhile, after an excursion to Japan, Balor found old and new enemies in former world champ Tetsuya Naito and new free agent Kota Ibushi. Balor defended his title against both, retaining in questionable means, and while Balor and Cole were jawing back and forth last week, both Ibushi & Naito appeared on stage with a bone to pick.

Unable to decide who deserves another shot at Balor's title, it was decided that all 3 would get a shot, and it would be decided in Balor's match of choice. This one's going to be an instant classic, folks. Don't miss this and more at WWW Battle for Honour!

@ness has Bret Hart/Seth Rollins and to a lesser extent Shamrock/DDP that have my interest. As much as I like those two matches though, I'm interested in every match on RT's card and feel like he's knocked it out of the park.

Had to go with Ness here for the better card. A best out of 7 falls match does sound wicked. This could be like a 2 hour match? Maybe longer? All night? How long of a break between falls? Cena vs Bam Bam sounds good. Verne vs Flair and Shamrock vs DDP great matchups. RT's card just doesn't pull me in the same way.

@ness appeals big time to me (if nobody else) right off the bat with that Undertaker/Mordecai Casket Match Main Event. Ballsy move that paid off....with one guy in the Baltimore suburbs. I also like Cena/Bigelow and DDP/Shamrock is alright, but I need a backstory for Canadian Stampede 2 & Kawada/Blackman vs. HARD ASS to explain why these oddball matches are happening. You can get away with no story for a dime magnet like Taker/Mordecai, but these lesser matches need a hook to draw me in. Bret/Seth 4/7 strikes me as overkill and Flair is wasted on grandpa Verne.

For RT I like Reigns/Rock and E&C/FTR. Rest of his card doesn't do much for me though. RT does earn some bonus points for explaining why these matches are happening.

Hmm...this is close. I flip flopped a few times before ultimately going with Ness simply because the siren song of Taker/Mordecai is too sweet to resist.

The Mordecai match feels like Baker Bait, whether intentional or not. It was either that or Eddy, both programs they seemed to be teasing during his vignettes. Truthfully I don't think I've seen a single Mordecai match (seen a handful Thorns) and yet he became a boy simply because of those hypes videos and his look. Same vibe with Sean O'Haire who I'm sure I drafted last time (or every time).
