OH FUCK, he refused to blow.  Not sure how other countries handle this, but in most of the US refusal is an instant 1 year suspension of your license.  Florida is more liberal than most places, as they will not force a blood draw, but they will treat refusal as a failed test in court most of the time.  But he is semi-famous so he can do the Jeff Hardy rehab loop to avoid jail most of the time.

Jeff Hardy has gotten like 4 DUIs and is out of jail, he'll be alright. He's a Hogan in Florida. 

You'd have to kill someone ala Tammy to actual be screwed and even then she also chronically messed up.

Speaking of Tammy, isn't next week the sentencing?  Saw she was looking at 11 to 26 years.  Which realistically be like 4 to 6 if she is not psychotic.
